Great place near the airport, the owners are lovely. The aircon works well and the bed is comfy. A bit far from everything but you can get a tuktuk to take you to the beach in 20min and airport in 15min.

No hot water in the shower and breakfast could be better compared to other places we've been.

Gorgeous secluded villa not far from the airport. The bed was comfortable, the room was cool and spotless and the breakfast was amazing! I’d highly recommend staying here for a night or two if you’re arriving from the airport.

The size of the room and the bathroom was great, also very clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and friendly. Great breakfast too!

Just to mention one thing, although the AC worked well, it was a bit too noisy.

The property is around 15 minutes in an uber from the airport, it's a beautiful large family home that was so welcoming and clean. The family who owned it was lovely and welcoming and the room itself was very large and the bathroom was also huge! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The room is a bit simple but as expected. Same as the online pictures.

Such kind hosts, we were well looked after for the night and had a nice breakfast in the morning. We got help with SIM cards and train bookings to get us started on our trip. Our hosts went above and beyond. We would love to stay again. 😊

We booked this stay for the second time during our sane trip. The first and last day of trip at this same place. Thats how good and worth it was. I recommend all of you to try this place if you are looking for a stay close to colombo airport. Its not just the room that gives you great experience, but also the way they welcome you and treats you. Trust me you wont regret.

Amazing place with a taste. It’s a perfect place to get tested upon landing Spacious and serene lounging area. Plenty of fruit tree! There’s raw nature around the neighborhood within walking distance which I like! You can ask the host to get fruit or vegetable or order food from PickMe.

Nothing Heard stories of past guests that damaged the wall and water machine. Cant believe how people leave the damage with just an apology. Please come with care.

Amazing value for money first and foremost! Beautiful and spacious property in the Negombo area. Lovely big room, comfy bed and nice pillows. Powerful aircon and windows to allow for some natural light. Massive bathroom with soap provided. Fridge space available in the communal space if needed. Was able to wash some dirty clothes during our stay as well. The most amazing hosts, great English and very friendly. Lovely breakfast prepared for a time convenient for us. Situated only 15 minutes drive from the airport and 1 hour from central Colombo, this is the perfect place to stop over. Look no further for your stay in Negombo!

The hotel was excellent! Cleanliness, staff behavior, food—everything was wonderful. I didn’t face any issues at all.

Property located in a calm environment still very close to the Airport. Host was very responsive and friendly. The villa is a newly build and very clean, bed was super comfortable. Room is very spacious and there is a large balcony to sit and relax. The breakfast was wonderful, I couldn’t ask for anymore, worth for money!

Nice owners, parking available, tasty breakfast, let us come in the middle of the night - we landed at 2 am.

The bathroom is a bit outdated but not really a problem.

The place is very good, excellent service, everything is clean and pleasant. And a wonderful and delicious breakfast. They even took care of washing our clothes.
