We stayed as a family in two rooms which were clean, tidy and comfortable. The team were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

The location is a bit not comfy the rooms are good.. very much ants and dust coming again and again.. rest all good..

The staff was very nice. They also gave us new mattress spring one and let us wash clothes and use the kitchen and all.

The location where the Himo guest house is perfect. The friendliest staff is met for far in sl vacation. The room description perfectly met my expectations. I would definitely come again and would like to recommend anyone who seeks privacy and calm in a suburban area.

Total management is failed and they are blaming to booking.com and saying breakfast included option add by booking.com and after hotel management said it to remove but booking.com site is not doing it

There's no Garden view, Landmark view, City view as mentioned. And there is no Private kitchen. People were there, sound and noisy. Mentioned patio was used by other people. None of the photos shown on the website didn't match when we go there. The room given was entirely different and not in any of the photos. So small when compared to the rooms in the photos.

The room and washroom are clean.

The apartment has no private door, and it seems that it was not cleaned since some time. and it was mentioned a sofa bed but we just got a normal sofa. the description in booking is not accurate. even it is low cost it can be more clean.

The reception could have been better. The initial focus was on payment, followed by a check on the ID card. While the room was shown, no help was given. There was no introduction to the facilities, no information about the Wi-Fi password, and only a tiny bar of soap was available—no shampoo or toilet tissue. Although there was a shared kitchen, I didn’t use it. The room had no kettles, tea or coffee supplies, or even a glass or cup. I received only one towel, with no hand towels or tissues. The front door was locked by 10 PM, and we had to call the owner to gain access. There was no prior warning about this arrangement, and if the phone numbers hadn’t worked, it would have been easy to get locked out all night. On the positive side, the air conditioner worked well, and there were no mosquitoes—great!
