Ideal location to start or end your journey in Sri Lanka. What makes this place so special is the kindness and simplicity of the family. They even thought of turning on the air-con before our arrival, so we walked into a perfectly fresh room – with water, a charging adapter, and warm smiles waiting for us. A great hotel run by a lovely family. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk from the train station and close to the airport (about a 10 minute drive). A delicious breakfast was provided, and the couple even kindly gave me a mango from the tree in front of their home. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for welcoming me into your beautiful hotel.

Location. Close to Airport, and within walking distance from the place I was to rent a tuktuk next morning. The staff..the family was so kind and helpful, they accommodated my request and arranged a pick up from the airport with a fee lower than I had expected, and stayed after midnight for check-in. The area is very quiet, and very suitable to have good sleep after a long haul flight and before starting my journey in Sri Lanka.

Just be aware that the room we stayed in didn’t have a window, so it might not be ideal for a longer stay.

The accommodation is close to the airport. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and we really appreciated being able to check in at such an early hour. The breakfast was good and the family who runs the place was very kind and welcoming.

My suggestion would be to replace the stand by a more useful bench or low table to put on our back pack or suitcases.

All, nice place with a family atmospher. Parking free and secure in the patio. Close and convenient for airport access, just few minutes by car. Clean and quiet.

The owners of the accommodation are very nice and helpful. The owners pre-booked a taxi for us for 2am and made sure it was there on time. The accommodation was also very clean and had a spacious bathroom.

as it's started recently, things will fall in place.. Even though they take care personally, need to assure pax are safe and secured there... better pax be informed.. made aware of...to avoid feel in isolation..

An absolutely exceptional place! The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and varied – everything prepared with great care. The accommodation was excellent – clean, well-equipped rooms with access to filtered hot water, which is a big plus. The staff deserves the highest praise – very helpful at any time of day or night, always smiling and ready to assist. We truly felt cared for and relaxed. my room had no windows , I personally do not prefer that , but they have also rooms with windows. It was ok anyway, just for one night , before the flight .

Nice and clean spacious room. AC , comfy bed, big bathroom . Good breakfast . Close to airport , about 250-300rps via pickme. Manager was very kind and helpful , with all the inquiries, responding fast on whatsapp , and helped where needed. Very Close to train station (5min walk ) , in case you taking train from Colombo . Very thankful for fresh fruit for breakfast . Good choice

Wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had to leave at 4 AM, and they kindly prepared a nice takeaway breakfast for us. Highly recommended!
