As the owner is nit around, we had to contact another person to be able to check in, which is fine but we called the property manager as per instructions, told him we were in front of the building. After 20 minutes of waiting he asked where we were, so I had to send a video, then he came along, however we did see him arriving too so we walked past us. I would say this part of the check in process could have been smoother.

The owner communicates very proactively which was friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. It was perfect for 1 night before our early morning flight.

Good location. Clean and comfortable. The beach is right opposite the apartment and within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here and would love to go again.

Dishan looked after us, he was very nice to deal with. The apartment has a fridge, a lovely view and is close to all the restaurants. Great little spot and only 30 mins from the airport.

It would be great if there were instructions on how to turn on the refrigerator and operate the TV. The TV streaming was hit and miss.

Stayed here for 5 days after our 3-week tour of Sri Lanka. A nice apartment in a good location. The views were nice of the beach and Negombo. The apartment manager was terrific and very helpful an asset to the company. Great location for day trips to the North, South or East parts of Sri Lanka.

No tea bags/ sugar etc also no PowerPoint bathroom for hair appliances or a mirror in bedroom would have solved that problem.

We used this apartment for our last night in Sri Lanka, as we were leaving for a flight back home in the early morning. Nothing bad to say about this room: it was clean, roomy, modern and in a very nice building with a rooftop restaurant and terras.

The food at restaurant that was part of the apartment block was terrible. the waiting staff were very good but the seafood palter was overcooked and tasteless.

Only cash payment accepted in rupees on arrival. However that was communicated clearly to us before, so it wasn’t an issue.

Excellent location and facilities. Very clean and has everything needed . Good communication with host. We only stayed one night, so didn’t get to use the pool. Enjoyed being close to many restaurants, shops and the beach

The entry is a bit strange and the prperty felt like it was unfinished. The photos don’t match exactly the reality.
