It was gated and good security

The bathroom had ants all over. Not much lighting, check in process took extremely long due to the host being abroad. The bath tub was also very dirty.

Location brilliant

Shower head needs replacing so the water was difficult coming out.

Decent place to stay on a budget in a central location. Beach was close by and had reasonable security.

The room was kind of on the small side, especially the bathroom.

Location and cleanliness

It was close to the beach and pauling was very attractive her cleaning was spick and span very polite lady ask her any questions she could help you with directions and information at times internet never work if weather was raining hevy but overall worked perfect breakfast was great at restaurant

I'm a travel agent therefore I'm probably going to be more detailed . Pros- Great location near shops, grocery stores and restraurants.. Accomodating property Manager. Cons-No hot water. Lots of mosqiitos, loud noise.

Although no hot water the Manager did make it whole. The other problem was mosquitos no matter how much bug spray and at night very loud music....but despite all of that i will come back because more pros then cons. I also recommended this to my niece....the owner was so accomodating that it made up for most of the cons. So we are going to try again.

Lovely place to stay WiFi was fast hot water was strong

A great experience, our stay was comfortable, in a clean, modern room with plenty amenities. The pool is treated everyday which was both reassuring and inviting. Beach is awesome and clean, by now you know "clean" is important to me and my wife. The staff was curtious and helpful and the location is great with plenty restaurants, cafes and entertainment nearby. I definitely recommend this spot for vacation to anyone. I will certainly be back for more in the near future.

My balcony was cute but tiny. Two will fit but not four.

Everything .it was easy to get around. I could get BF just up stairs.I sit there and sip my coffee while I wait for my drive.I have to bring a friend next time

The young lady assigned to us made sure we were okay and had what we needed. The location made everything and everywhere accessible.

Location and service were the greatest attributes. Ms. Pauline was awesome and made us comfortable. She was available to assist us whenever we needed her. We were in the heart of town. 5 -7 mins from the main attractions like Dunns River Falls, etc.

May need some upgrade of the electrical system.

The room was very clean and the housekeeper was excellent

The lifeguard had no approach and made us very uncomfortable

The location had all the conveniences one would need or want.

The bathroom was way too small for comfortable bath.

Great location the house keeper miss Pauline she did a great job, she's such a beautiful soul, she check on us to make sure we are and she did a great job keeping the place clean,the food was good and the bar is a vibe

I did not like the shower head it need to change and I hate the fact that we dont have access to laundry we have to pay separately for that when other places you have access to wash without any extra charges.as for the pool I was unable to use due to the fact that there's always a sign saying pool closed for treatment, they need to treat the pool overnight not when people need to use it and the time was hot.
