The rooms are very clean and new. Also the location is near the sea and between villages. You will need a car for this. Also dino is friendly and helpfull. Even if it is next to the highway it does not bother and the Windows are double glass so no noise.

The owner is friendly, available and open to any request. Ask him for having good tips about restaurants and places worth visiting in the surroundings.

While it worked perfectly for one nights stay, I think I would be disturbed by the highway that is basically just outside the house. I had my windows closed at night and it worked good. But if you eg want to enjoy the beautiful garden outside, that even has a pool, you can't escape the car noise. The room is very good, but it's just a room. There was fridge which is great, but for a longer stay one might want at least a tiny pentry, with a water boiler, maybe some dishes. There is a kitchen but I don't know if guests can use it or it's just for staff. Early morning it was locked. The bed was good, a bit hard but I like it like that. Meanwhile the pillows on the bed super weird, impossible to sleep on, I'd rather have none. Luckily there was a one softer in the wardrobe so I changed. Still minor things, for my purposes it worked very well.

I loved the place, I was hiking the coast and stayed overnight. A perfect place for a hiker to rest, very fresh, clean, everything seemed very new in the room. I think I got a better room than I booked. The room feels like a tiny house, you open the door and you are outside. Staff was super friendly, the guy even said he would give me a ride, but I was there to hike:) All in all, all was perfect and located where I needed it. It was cosy to just chill, read, and have a good night's sleep.

The property was overgrown with weeds, it looked way less ‘vacation’ then shown on pictures. There were no other facilities in the is property then the room and the house is next to a big highway so no possibility of eating or going anywhere nice close to home. For breakfast that was included in our room we got a key to take out something from a vending machine. Very disappointed to have booked here..

Hotel far away from any city or even restaurant. The nearest shop was 5 km away. Hotel is situated between expressway and train rails. Whenever the window was open there was racket from the road. We got the bikes from the owner of the hotel and they were terrible. Totally rusty, with flat tires and we had to walk to the gas station by ourselves to pump them. Then after 1km ride the tire exploxed in one of them. It’s definitely not good place for people who can’t rent a car. There is one restaurant nearby which is recommended by the hotel owner and it is not good. Pizza was quite bad. This restaurant was that expensive like one of the main restaurants in Polignano a Mare (more touristic place). At the end waiter told me that paying by card is not possible, because of some issue but then i showed at the supervisor who told me that paying by card is possible and the machine started miraculously working. By the way no one in Cozze speaks English. Mola di Bari seemed to be abandoned and everything in that city was closed. Breakfast was terrible stale bread, one type of cheese/ham and croissants and that the whole breakfast, no fresh vegetables or fruits. The owner seems to be focused only on money with as little work put in that place as possible. We checked out 3 days earlier, and after 2 weeks the owner didn’t answer to our requests for a refund.

The only good thing that the room was clean and owner speaks english well.

Dino was so helpful. He went the extra mile when we had problems that required local knowledge. He is very friendly and chill. The rest of the staff are also friendly. The pool is lovely and there are cats!
