First of all, these are wonderful hosts: Rachel and Alessandro - kind, responsive, hospitable. Secondly, a great location for a quiet rest after a noisy day, after walking around the center of Florence, after museums and a large number of tourists.

Just a magnificent place to stay. Our hosts were fantastic and we're so friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat. They spoke excellent English and they served breakfast in a beautiful garden setting. The apartment was amazing, just beautiful. There is a swimming pool to use and awesome restaurants close by.

The property is located just outside of the beautiful city of Florence and in the Tuscan countryside. The views were just breathtaking. The hosts, Alessandro and Rachel, are such great people. My son lost his bag in the taxi and Alessandro and Rachel were calling the taxi company to get it back for 45 minutes that is. That shows how much dedication they put in to their guests to make their stay even more enjoyable. The room that we were staying in was so cosy and inviting. The food was great and we had a very pleasant experience.

The hosts where trully authentic and very caring with suggestions for everything. The place was quiet and relaxing and super close to Firenze, on a lovely route through the countryside. Totally suggesting it for a combination of relaxation and sightseeing!

Everything was great. We have just one recommendation: it would be great if there were some mosquito nets on the windows.

The villa is situated in the vicinity of Florence on a incredibly beautiful domain full of olive trees and vibrant colours. By car you'll get to Florence in 10 min max and by bus in half an hour. The hosts, Alessandro and Rachel, are an amazing couple, extremely friendly and thoughtful that make you feel at home right from entering the gates. You have a covered parking space inside the domain. There are two bus stops nearby, one is located at 20 minutes walking distance west from the location, this one has buses all the time, and another one to the east, at about 10 minutes away that only has buses until 3-4 pm. The rooms are very cozy, big and well decorated, the bathrooms are completely renovated. You have a shared kitchen that you can use. WiFi is available at the location. You can have breakfast and dinner here if you talk with the hosts. The food is amazing. The cherry on top is Shalom, one of the most sweetest dogs I ever saw. All in all, a wonderful experience.

The fact that is out in nature with amazing views of the breathtaking Tuscan landscape. Rachel and Alessandro were so helpful in helping us experience the area like a local. They are thoughtful and caring hosts. They do their utmost to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible

Everything was perfect!

The property is beautiful, the two rooms were perfect for our family of 6. It was close by to go to everything. I loved it being out of town and the peacefulness of it.

An amazing retreat. Quiet and peaceful. Just 15 minutes from the Florence center. A memorable stay, beautifully enhanced by the kindness and warmth of the hosts Alessandro and Rachel. Who went out of their way to meet all our needs. Including getting us to the city and back and advising us on places to visit. And the breakfasts...... Well worth it😁

Everything. The location was perfect - 10min drive from Florence, tops 3h drive to the most amazing medieval villages and breathtaking places in Tuscany. Rachel and Alessandro are nothing less than gems - welcoming, incredibly warm, subtle, attentive... They will give you the best advice on where to go, where to eat, what to drink... breakfast is simply amazing. I felt home the moment I arrived and was genuinely sad to leave. Definitely my go to place from now on whenever I am in Tuscany.

Perfect get away from the busy Florence, where you can enjoy the Tuscany hills. Alessandro and Rachel are superb hosts who will give you the best recommendations and help with all your troubles. The breakfast was heavenly between all the olive trees. The rooms are modern and clean. Just overall a perfect stay! We will surely come back. Tip: don’t forget to bring mosquito spray and download the local bus app for the schedule.

Everything was perfect at our stay. Rachel and Alessandro are great couples. They were really helpful during our stay at Sunshine Suites. They did their best to make us comfortable and make our travel better. We left Florence with lots of great souvenirs thanks to them. No criticism, just a note: Brace yourselves for mosquitos and bring plenty of repellent since this homestay is out in the countryside.

We spent five marvelous days in the beautiful, rustic and typical Tuscan home of Rachel and Alessandro. We have enjoyed this stay so much that we definitely want to come back. Rachel and Alessandro turned our honeymoon into a beautiful experience and provided us with great tips and recommendations. They are impeccable hosts and we feel very blessed that we found this little gem in the heart of Tuscany just a few car minutes away from the city of Florence. Both are incredibly sweet and they serve a great breakfast every morning.

Beware of bed corners

It was so nice to wake up with birds singing. This is a lovely and nice place to stay. A birdwatching as an extra activity is available. And warm greetings to Alessandro for help and kindness.
