There wasn’t anything to dislike

Clean, good location, offered a lot of amenities ie soap, comfortable bed, soft drinks and water, sweets! And a very accommodating and helpful host.

The apartment is in the central location (in the seaport) and this is the reason of attracting different people. It might feel not very safe there.

The room is great. We liked the new interior, ergonomic space usage, cleanness, the details, and attentiveness and assistance of the owner. Stefano helped us with everything. Special thanks for the drinks in the fridge. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay and having good breakfasts.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located right in front of the aquarium. Stefano was an amazing host — very friendly, responsive, and willing to give us great tips about Genoa and Portofino.

A minor drawback is that, due to its very central location, the early morning opening of the shops below can be quite noisy and hard to ignore

This property is in an excellent location, freshly renovated, and beautifully furnished. It’s spotless, with a coffee machine ready to use and cold drinks waiting in the fridge. The modern design cleverly incorporates an ancient column visible in the bathroom, adding a unique and charming touch. Highly recommended!

There are some noise outside, but all the positive outweighs that.

It was clean, modern with a great location. The service was outstanding, and the communication Stefano was great. He always answered quickly and did whatever he could to make our stay as good as possible. He met us when we arrived, helped us with our luggage (it was a lot) and he had fixed a parking spot for us right outside the apartment. He even bought a special orthopaedic pillow to us that was placed outside our door. We have actually nothing bad to say. It was a bit noisy outside, but that is to be expected when staying so close to everything.

Very clean and renovated suite in a perfect location. The staff is kind and helpful making you feel safe and comfortable. I strongly recommend it for a short or longer stay.

It is a personal remark, I din not sleep all night lomg because of the street noises, thank God that we had an early flight. Even if specified that I need a quite room, I got this one. Maybe other rooms do not face that street and are less noisy, into an inner court maybe is better, if such exists. Thank you any way for all and you are doing a great job!

Stefano is a very nice person and very helpful. The check-in process was very smooth, very helpul during my stay: restaurant tips, taxi calling etc. The accommodation is clean and modern, they offer water and some sodas in the fridge. The room is big.

The location was great, and even though we only stayed one night, Stefano was an amazing host who didn’t miss a thing. He was really helpful with our little requests and made sure we had all the information we needed.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Suite degli Archi! Everything was absolutely superb. Location is perfect and very convenient as close to all main points of interest: port, main train station and historical center. The host Stefano & his brother are exceptionally welcoming, polite & professional. Accommodation is extremely clean and attention to details is remarkable. I would recommend Suite degli Archi to anybody and I will definitely will be back soon! Grazie infinite for a wonderful experience!

Noisy in the early mornings with delivery trucks, trash pick up, street noise.

Noisy location, especially in the morning. WiFi kept dropping-only worked at the door which was inconvenient. It’s not the safest neighborhood. Missing some important items in kitchen. ( kitchen towel and/or paper towels, pepper, salt grinder for the VERY coarse salt provided)Not enough hot water in the shower. No views as it looks on an alley.

Very nicely furnished, comfortable and beautiful room, responsive host. The fridge was stocked with soft drinks. Host provided great recommendations. Easy to find.

The Host was absolutely wonderful and made sure to help us with any questions and tremendous recommendations on things to do period the sweet was impeccably clean and had everything we needed to facilitate our stay period even after he left us to get settled he went out and bought fresh precautia bread to bring back to us to have as a snack and to make sure everything was okay period he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of Period
