This is one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in. Spacious light and airy. Lovely bathroom and kitchen bench and sink. Easy access by lift.

The apartment is located right in the city center, with an underground parking nearby. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Thank you to Salvatore for the breakfast set — it was a very kind and thoughtful touch.

No a/c. Some outside noise with the windows open. I wish these hotels would provide a fan, none of them do. The Old Lion Pub nearby was fun. Never met the host.

Nothing, all was wonderful.

Splendid and very spacious suite, stylishly decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Nice location on central square, but quiet thanks to the efficient double glazing. Breakfast supplies are provided in the room, as is tea and coffee. We didn’t meet the proprietor Salvatore but he was very helpful and check-in went smoothly.

Location, the owner, Salvatore very helpful and friendly and permitted us to check in early which was much appreciated. Check in instructions very clear. Comfortable bed and enormous apartment all great. Whilst breakfast wasn’t provided, complementary snacks were which was a nice touch. Salvatore also helped us interpret the bus timetable and check timings. Overall a very positive visit, thank you.

You must ensure you are very comfortable with your travel partner, because the toilet is somehow in the bedroom, separated only by a kind of glass wall, but not completely, not until the top. For my husband and I this was not a problem, but for some it can be. All the rest is amazing.

- As stated above, the matrass was a bit hard but Salvatore immediately thought of a solution. - You can’t park in front of the building, but there is a parking lot not too far away.

- The location. The b&b is located in the heart of Sassari, but there is little to no noise in the room. - There are blinds to make the room completely dark. - Very big room - Very nice shower - Even though the description said there wouldn’t be breakfast, we were spoiled with bottles of water, juices, toast, nutella and jam. - Salvatore is a wonderful host. He was always available to answer questions via Whatsapp. When I stated that the beds were a bit hard to our liking, he immediately proposed to switch matrasses.

First night in the other room around 00:30 young girls were knocking on the door very hard so we had to go out and ask to finish it because we would like to sleep.

The guesthouse is in the city center few minutes walk from the centrum, good restaurants, many shops. The owner was really friendly and helpful he helped a lot for us. We were in phone contact and helped us to visit La Pelosa, because we had no tickets. 🎫 Basically the website does not write that breakfast include but we find a “welcome package” in the room, special Italian foods, snacks. It’s very nice from the staff.

The A/C was not very good at all. If it was any hotter than it was (30 degrees), I don’t know if the room would be bearable. The WiFi is just okay.

The host was so kind! Super flexible and when I had to work a little later he gave us a later checkout. He also gave us a complimentary upgrade in rooms! The space was HUGE and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was coffee and small snacks. There was milk in the fridge and water! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

All good!

We booked a double room and a triple room here and we were really surprised by how big, elegant and clean the rooms were. The spaces are well taken care of and very welcoming, in a very good location in Sassari. The host, Salvatore, was extremely kind and even upgraded for free our room in order to give us a more comfortable stay. He gave us also really useful tips on what to do and where to eat, and it has all worked out perfectly. Thanks so much!
