From the time we made our reservation, through check in and throughout our stay, we were made to feel welcomed and valued. Breakfasts were a delight. Getting there and parking were both easy. Lecce is a great little city and the Palazzo was a great base to explore it, being located just outside the historic center. The Palazzo is also a great base for exploring the Puglia region. Alberto provided us with suggestions and itineraries. He made dinner reservations for Most importantly, each time we returned to the Palazzo, it felt like coming home. Alberto and Anna Maria are great hosts. They created a warm memory for us in Lecce, and for that we thank them.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Lecce. The staff were overly helpful and gave us places to visit. They also recommended a couple of restaurants that turned out to be stunning. Definitely worth a visit

Very well located accommodation beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be. We hope to return to explore more of Lecce and the region and will definitely stay at Palazzo Console again when we do.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The property and rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and luxurious. Alberto, Marie, and Mari are kind and warm and go above and beyond to make sure we had every comfort we needed, offer recommendations, and ensure that we would leave Lecce having had a perfect experience. Breakfast was incredible with a wide range of fresh and homemade options. Starting each day with Mari was wonderful, and she, along with Alberto and Marie made it very hard to leave. We can’t wait to return.

Alberto, Mari, and the staff have done an incredible job with the Palazzo Console. They were so welcoming upon our arrival and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and a beautiful space. They were very attentive and welcoming to our small dog, who also loved his stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the outdoor pool area was so relaxing during the afternoon heat. All details were exceptional, from the room to the beautiful tableware during breakfast. We highly recommend Palazzo Console and will be back if we visit Lecce!

Absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Console. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – they gave fantastic local recommendations that really made our trip. The location is perfect, quiet but we could walk everywhere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast had lots of delicious options each morning. Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to dislike. 5 Star in every way.

We loved everything about Palazzo Console. We had a stunning suite in this beautiful building for a week. Alberto and his exceptional staff were so welcoming and helpful, and always went above and beyond to make our stay there comfortable. The property is ideally located on the edge of Lecce Old Town and was very quiet at night. This is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in.

The location is perfect, and the attention from the owners made us feel completely at home. The hospitality and care we received was outstanding. Felt more like a spa than a hotel, reminiscent of Bali. The staff was helpful beyond all expectations. Location is very convenient, just outside the Old Town. The bed was very comfortable, and the eco-friendly approach to everything was appreciated. Breakfast was superb!

Everything was perfect

Staining property in an absolutely fantastic location: very central yet it is quiet and possible to park even in August! Super comfortable beds and pillows, an imposing old palazzo lovingly renovated and tastefully and luxuriously decorated. The most fantastic asset is the staff and service: we felt truly taken care of, from fantastic breakfasts to the most exquisite recommendations on travels to the booking of the restaurants and even beach clubs! I travel a lot staying in excellent hotels but this one is truly the best. Thank you, kind family of Palazzo Console for making our holiday so remarkable and pleasant!

The hotel is even more than you can expect from the photos shown on the website when we made the booking. The rooms are immaculate, very clean and extremely well designed. The beds sleep well and the air-conditioning (which is very needed in this part of Italy) does its job perfectly and quietly. The owners give you a personal treatment that you only receive in the best boutique hotels, without being overbearing or annoying. The breakfast is adjusted to your every need and served in a cozy breakfast space, just next to the small pool. Situated just on the outside of the very busy city center, this is truly a hidden gem. One you actually don’t want to praise too much because you are afraid everybody will start booking, running the risk that it would no longer remain ‘hidden’. This would however not be fair to the owners, who really were able to create and sustain something beautiful.

Can't think of any - maybe too many choices at breakfast we don't know which to pick!

It's me and my wife's first time visiting Lecce and what an absolute gem - you can tell from the moment you enter the premise that the owners pour their heart into the design / decoration of this place, everything is simply elegant and stylish. The place locates in a good area and feels very safe (even if walking at night). While the rooms and decorations are nice, what brings uniqueness to the place is the personality and hospitality of the host - Alberto and Annamaria are extremely friendly, attentive and reliable, they are always a text away and provide all we need to explore Lecce. They know the city very well and have excellent restaurant and shop recommendations. They are some of the most welcoming host I have met. The breakfast (which you can enjoy next to the pool area) is amazing - you can choose between Lecce local specialties and more traditional options. The breakfast lady Maria was also super welcoming and was very patient in explaining the local food culture. We absolute recommend this place to anyone who is interested in visiting Lecce - you won't regret it. We would recommend the room with the pool - great way to avoid the heat when the sun is too brutal. It's a nice place to relax and rest - while being very close to all the main attractions in Lecce.
