Nothing.... We were happy with everything there!

Everything was excellent! Great room, great location, great restaurant, and super staff! We will stay at Nepomuk for our next Vipitemo stay!

Our room was two floors up. The lower flight of stairs looked wonderful but was quite awkward to carry luggage up.

Lovely friendly place. Right in the centre of town - all the shops, market and church are 2 minutes walk away. The guest rooms are above a pizza restaurant. Recently renovated, clean and spacious. Evening meal is the restaurant is excellent. They have won awards for pizza and they are excellent but for me the homemade ravioli was superb.

Beautiful rooms right in the center of town. Excellent restaurant. The owners and very lovely and helpful.

Misleading about parking -beware how easy it could be to end up in the instantly charged ZTL zones-could be a costly trip. There is no parking at this hotel you are best using the public car park approx 10 mins away on the outer town road. It was surprisingly free due to it being Saturday afternoon leading into Sunday . Breakfast was pleasant and good choice however too many small bugs and flies on uncovered food. Check in is complicated as you check in at the pizzeria restaurant check in alongside people waiting for pizzas and table reservations.Staff are busy and stressed and although we did get seen to I felt I was a nuisance. Rooms are very small but modern but not reflective of price paid. Be aware when you check there is a tourist tax to still pay /not the hotels fault but if I expected then it’s a bit of a surprise. 10am checkout which doesn’t seem to fit with the general 11am checkout across Europe.

One of the rooms was very very narrow, there wasn't even space for the suitcases. The other one was okay. Too bad there's no lift. There was some hair around, but apart from that it was fairly clean. The staff could have been a bit friendlier, but we appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours, before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast wasn't ready when we arrived at the communicated time and there was some confusion with the logistics.

Breakfast was good and the location is quite central. The view from the rooms was special after a big snow.
