Amazing local cuisine good hospitality by Angelica and a very historical site

Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a really warm atmosphere and the hosts played different music in the dining area according to the time of day to create the right feel. The food was great and the swimming pool area was first class. We only had a short stay but we'll be back. Thanks again.

Angelica's property, cooking, taste in music, lighting, atmosphere, the pool, all absolutely wonderful. Driving along bumpy roads, past abandoned farms and properties made the arrival to her Masseria feel like an oasis. A very homey feel, hammocks, walks around the property. Our daughter made fast friends with Gypsy, Angelica’s dog, and one of her cats lounged beside us on the ground while we had dinner with other families under a beautifully lit canopy under the stars. We stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed for more. Until next time x

We really loved everything

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a great 2 night stay at the Masseria! The days spent realaxing by the pool and having lunch served under the trees was perfect. As the pool is mainly for guests, there is alot of room and the poolbar has everything you could want in the sun. In the evenings we enjoyed Angelicas wonderfull cooking (a set menu), the tasty piattis just kept on coming (ans she even told me how to make one of them) The welcoming and friendy astmosphere that Angelica has created made us feel very well taken care of and she really goes out of her way to help out. Thank you for everything; we will be back!

Excellent. If you are there for dinner, Angelica’s cooking is fabulous.

The staff is friendly and flexible but when we arrived we had no information of any kind and we felt completely neglected and lost. We were hoping to have dinner there considering all the good reviews but, surprisingly, we were told the amazing chef that worked there had left and there was no dinner option other than cold salads and sausage sandwiches that evening. The bar staff didn't take cards as they couldn't use the machine. Luckily in the evening they found someone that could use it. The swimming pool was nice but not very well looked after.

It's a very rustic rural setting and we were lucky to see a beautiful blues open air guitars concert
