Based on description we thought it was private roof versus shared but that wasn’t a problem as you met other travellers

Monica is a very welcoming and friendly person, she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a nice stay. Her English is very good and she is always happy to help!! The bathroom is spacious and well equipped, beds are comfy and the street next door isn't loud with the window shut.

This place had everything (amentities, access, location), the only worry we had was recycling as the rules are different from North America. But the host did explain it all for us 🙂

The location was central to town. The host gave a tour of the town centre with her recommendations. It was an easy walk/bike/taxi any where. Only wished we had planned to spend more time.

Accommodation was just perfect. Nice, modern and very clean apartment. Perfect location very close to the center where your can find all you need. Beautiful terrasse. Our host Monica was very nice and helpful - grazie mille cara 🥰

The apartment is superb, very new, clean and stylish. The location is ideal, central and close to all the shops, bars, restaurants yet still quiet. Yet the stand-out for us was Monica, the host, who allowed us to arrive early, personally showed us places to eat, shop, hire bikes etc and was so friendly and helpful it was like having a personal guide. The whole Favignana trip was a wonderful experience. Thankyou Monica!

The communication was slightly difficult, likely due to the language barrier. We didn’t realise that payment is through bank transfer or cash only (Our fault as it does say at the bottom of the description), which is important to keep in mind if you have an international bank. We paid 50% prior as requested and then the rest on arrival. It was a little confusing as they then also asked for another 250 euro in cash on top of this as a deposit which would be given back at the end. We explained that we booked through bookings.com and our credit card is attached and there is nothing in the website detailing a cash deposit. Thankfully we ended up not having to pay - however important to be mindful of this when booking.

Fantastic location and lovely new apartment! Very clean and spacious and if you go up to the rooftop there is a great space for relaxing and having an apertivo.

The apartment much smaller than what the pictures on line show. The lounge/kitchen area is combined and is tiny. Too small to stay inside for 4 people. The outdoor area was misrepresented. The apartment we stayed in had a small area outside for 2 people to sit and the outdoor lounge pics must have been for one of the upstairs apartments. We were a little disappointed but we still had a great stay.

Fabulous location, lovely apartment with very usable kitchen. Brand new so it was spotless. The hosts were fabulous and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
