A bit odd that one of the employees would enter our rooms at random to check if we were there. We assumed that it was to check if we had left the ACs on whilst out (which wasnt allowed). Not a huge deal for our party but a bit odd.

Incredibly located with pretty much everything worth visiting within walking distance. Well kept and a view to die for. For the price we payed I would book this place 10/10 times.

Nothing to complain about but know this is a private home/apt that has been turned into a multi bedroom rental. There are other people staying there and using the facilities

The bedroom was fine, en suite bathroom and a terrace- very comfortable.

It's about 25m walking from the centre. There is not a great variety of restaurants nearby

Very nice appartment with a great view of the city. Parking garage just opposite of the building . 10 eur if you park in the eveninh and leave in the morning.⁷

Excellent! Great location, comfortable, clean, good communication with the host and easy to find a place to parking your car. The room and bathroom, both are huge and spotless. I really recommend!

The elevator was not working and we had to find other accomodations last minute.

It was a beautiful view of Cagliari and ocean. The room was spacious. The balcony was super. It was nice that the host brought me to a place to buy a phone charger when I told her I lost mine.
