The terase are less space and all the rooms has the same terasse. Shared one. No enough space for table and chair and to relax and smoke. A lot gadgets in it, utensils from the hotel(aircondion boxes,giant heater). No spare place for the tourist even to share it by themselves.

The location is perfect, 3 min to the station. Near the main pedestrian boulevard and cafe.

I didn’t like how hard it was to open the door to the room due to the nature of the lock being on the bottom and having to fiddle around to find the way to get the key fully in. Also the booking app did not give me the right location. I had to text them and ask for the right address which was thankfully only around a block from the place the app gave me directions to.

I liked that it included towels,toothbrush,and bathroom shoes in the room. It also had a locker and key for you to store private things like wallet,important documents,and other small valuables.

So confuse to find it, many stairs. Elevator super small and old. They did charge a small doble room as triple room!! So disappointed about it.

It was difficult to check in to the building since they manage multiple properties. I followed the directions by sending a WhatsApp 3 hours before arrival, then again 30 min before and 10 min before, but no one responded. When I arrived I had to call different numbers posted outside to request someone to let me in- and the lady on the phone admonished me for sending messages, saying she had too many to read. I was forced to wait in the rain with other people attempting to check in with the same problem until someone arrived.

Communication was not so good in the beginning, luckily in the end, Ikram could help. Rooms were small. Breakfast was basic.

In our case, conveniently close to the train station.

Check-in was very complicated. If you arrive later than 11pm, they will charge you 10€ per hour. We waited so long for the lady to come check us in and the address on the Google map is different from the actual location. In general it was too complicated to get in the room.

AVOID. The owner or whoever welcomes new guests either is dumb or he knows nothing about the apartment he rents. The doors are made out of paper so you can hear literally everything that is happening in the hall, so at 12 at night the owner welcomed a new guest without even lowering his voice volume and obviously woke us up, especially when our flight was super early it totally destroyed out rest. Not even talking about cleanliness which is not existing here.

We had a terrible experience - locked out of the hotel at midnight as the door had been locked from the inside. ( no sign indicating not to to this for guests) There was nobody to call, the numbers provided were off. We were stuck outside with nowhere to go for 3 hours until around 3 am. (dangerous) Eventually out of desperation we banged on the front door until a guest woke up and let us in. The property said they would refund us but ignored us and we were not compensated.

Beds are too soft, the sofa is really small. It's small room for 3 people, but if you get along is ok. 😉

Excellent location (near train station). The bathroom is fully equipped.

If I had to sum up my experience at this hotel, it was, unfortunately, very disappointing. From the moment we entered the room, we were greeted with an unpleasant smell, which seemed to come from dampness or a lack of proper cleaning. Additionally, the sink was clogged and visibly dirty, which caused a lot of inconvenience during our stay. Moreover, the bed was not properly prepared; the duvet was not placed inside a cover but simply laid on top of it, giving a sense of poor hygiene. The sheets were stained and clearly unpressed, which showed a lack of attention to basic cleanliness and comfort. Overall, this left a very bad impression, and I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean and well-maintained accommodation.

The B&B is basically some rooms in a converted office building and is run remotely. You have to ring a Chinese lady up who is hard to understand and then someone is sent to meet you. This went wrong and we were sent to the wrong property and had to walk with the person to the "other" building. Then you're on your own. There is an emergency number and that's about it. For breakfast you get a ticket for the local bakers. You get a pastry and coffee, that's all. There were no towels in the room, luckily we had some of our own.

Booked as we got stranded on a train and had to stay in Bari at short notice.

Room #11 was extremely small (barely 1 foot around entire bed), it did not match any of the pictures. I should have insisted on seeing the other rooms. The Booking.com agent is an agent for multiple properties. She has to contact a runner for the property. Unfortunately, this led to a 1/2 hr delay waiting outside. (Booking.com agent was in the hospital is what I was told). I would not stay here unless I got a much bigger room.

3 minutes away from train station, short walk to old historic town. Security was very good. It was clean. I5 had an elevator.
