Excellent base spot to explore Manarola and the rest of Cinque Terre. The room was clean, the bathroom nice. The place is a few steps from the train station and the port. Do not miss the restaurant just in front of the hotel, and enjoy a fine, sunset-lit dinner with a seaview.

Unfortunately the shower head was broken and we could only use the little shower head, which was quite unfortunate after arriving from a very long walk to the property. The bell tower next door could annoy some light sleepers; we woke up but fell asleep again very quickly again.

Very clean room, with easy self check in. The room had a coffe machine and hot water boiler, which were nice additions. The small balcony can be useful for smokers and the bed was very confortable.

It is a good 10 mins walk from the min parking lot. The closer parking is limited to the home owners and if you are traveling at night, it would be difficult to navigate.

Great location and fascinating views. Good, clean and spacious apartment. Too strict on check-out time. Would have loved to have some coffee and water supplies stocked in the apartment.

We didn’t have a working cell phone and that made our check in very complicated in the pouring rain. We had to walk back down to a little store that was still open to get someone to help us call. There was only one restaurant still open after our check in in the entire village and it was just ok, not great.

The name on the booking site and the name on the property did not match, so we had trouble finding it. Also there were no instructions on how to access the property, so it was quite stressful when we could not find the right access. We would highly recommend providing explicit instructions or videos (as other properties do) to ensure a stress free arrival! Once in the room, everything was lovely. Instructions on how to use the coffee machine would also be very helpful!

This was a lovely accommodation. Everything was clean and the neighbourhood felt very safe. It was a little difficult to find, but once we were in, it was a very lovely stay.

Nespresso machine didn’t work

Great location in Manarola, we stayed here for 1 night as a treat after staying 2 nights in Rapallo and a perfect end to seeing Cinque Terre. Giovanni was great. We turned up and pressed the buzzer and he appeared to check us in within a few minutes. Once you are at the top of the hill in Manarola to find the place just look for the alleyway between the buildings. About half way up before you get to the church you will find Manarola Sea View on the wall and it’s directly opposite Regina pizzeria and cocktail bar. (Also great) Room was great and comfortable after a long day There is a fridge in the room so be sure to buy drinks from one of the shops down at the bottom of the hill.

The name listed here is different to the name they use at the property, and I wasn’t sent any check-in info beforehand so it was a little confusing when we arrived. However I called them and the host was friendly and gave clear instructions and it was easy to check in after that. I would recommend that they change the name on booking.com or add another sign with the name used here to make it more clear.

No wifi , further away from town center, somewhat hard to find, no proper check in information. It would have been nice if we were provided advance check in instructions along with clear directions of how to get there. For those staying here make sure these are clear before your arrival so you won’t have to wait for a while which we did. Was not terrible but could be better. Overall not bad. There’s a very nice restaurant steps across from the entrance

Very well updated, small but very clean, newly updated furnishings , even has Nepresso coffee pods located in the ground floor.

Hard to find location if looking for signage, no check info given prior, had to call to get check in information and to find the place. Curtains didnt make the room dark enough of a nightime so was woken up by the light very early.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful Room was nice, large shower cubicle Great location, worth the walk up the steep hill to get there. Qe were on the gorund floor but when the restaurant across the walkway had their door open we could see straight out to the ocean and colourful houses. It was amazing

We booked a normal room (without sea view) and our room is at ground floor: 1. Bedding is SUPER humid (for me) and I only found it out late in the night so just went with it and I personally didn’t sleep well (only slept 4 hours). Warm AC didn’t make much difference, however, my husband has no problem with it …🙂 2. Our room has a strong smell of disinfectant fluid. Besides, there is only one ‘window’ that cannot be opened and face to the lane/street so air circulation is relying on the AC but still smells…

1. Iocation is good (but the village is small and everywhere is walkable) 2. The name when I booked is Manarola Sea View which is somehow misleading and makes me think my reserved room is a sea view room but then they changed name to The Manarola Main Plaza and listed different type of rooms which is clearer

It was all good

Beautiful stylish rooms which were extremely comfortable. I got my best nights sleep yet. Good location and easy instructions. There was even a washing line we could dry our swimming suits on.

The room was dirty when we arrived (dirty sheets on beds and dirty towels on the floor) and he had to put us in a different place for the night which was very inconvenient given we were only there two nights total. There was also a terrible odor in the apartment like there is a plumbing problem or mold. and there was no coffee in the kitchen.

The view from the terrace was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and there was a wonderful restaurant close by.

Very simple for the amount that was paid .... sea view yes there is but it's a small view ... arrogant employees with life and with customers with no ways to talk to people ... The owner very arrogant and not very understandable, because I with the rush of employees and leaving the place ended up getting a hair dryer and a command by mistake, however I was trying to have lunch and the arrogant owner was not understanding that I would go back all over again and take it and I was just trying to have a lunch that was not completed.

I liked being close to everything but there is not much around but it is well located
