Modern and clean space minutes away from center of Lecce. Great to walk around and explore with plenty of food options. Room was very clean and comfortable.

It is a very lovely place. Easy check-in and easy check-out. Strong wifi . Very good AC. Close to the historical centre. The room was large and well designed. Coffee and tee .facilities downstairs. Highly recommended

Very good location, friendly host and stylish interior. Excellent for visiting Lecce and the area. Parking outside on the street is paid for few hours in the evening and mornings, but is very convenient and not expensive. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is very basic and also the time of arrival is not too flexible.

The listing states that there is a shared kitchen, however this is solely for making tea and coffee and breakfast in the morning. There is no cooking facilities, only a microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

The host was very communicative and friendly. The b&b was very clean and the room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. We also had a little balcony which was nice. Value for money was excellent!

I think the main improvement originates from the positioning as a “bed and breakfast”. We missed the personal connection with the host. We felt that we were a burden for the host. A warm welcome was missing. Also, there is no breakfast served, which is indicated on booking but the name suggests otherwise.

Beautiful stay in a perfect location of the city. It’s new, rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable and the bathroom with rain shower is perfect. Can recommend.

The host does not speak English, you can only speak with the translator app. You need to know that there are stairs to the room with a luggage but this is not a big problem.

The room was big and cute with a mini balcony. Very clean. Very central. Parking is a bit of a problem, but if you are patient you can find it.

Any issues or queries we had were quickly resolved and our host was really helpful.

The location was great as it was close to the city centre and walking distance to the bus and train station to get around. The B&B was well equipped and comfortable to stay in.

Cameras (?!) in communal area such as the kitchen / living space and landing. This made us feel quite uncomfortable. Host also entered the property in clear annoyance that we had messaged to say that the air-con was not working (she did not knock, just barged in). The lack of good air-con and the inability to control it was a let down for us.

How spacious the property was and there were good facilities throughout. Great location.

We were staying for 4 nights, but didn’t actually see any staff for our entire stay - having stayed in many other B&Bs, we have always had towels changed at least once during our stay, bins emptied, and toilet roll topped up. However, we did not receive any of these things at LecceMia during our stay. The host, however, was very helpful and responsed promptly when we did ask for assistance.

The location is perfect for getting to the old town - about a 5/10 minute walk to most restaurants/bars/shops in the old town. The property was clean and tidy, and the host was kind and helpful. Check-in was simple and the host showed us around the property when we arrived.

I didn’t think it was value for money compared to other rooms in the building for the same price and other apartments nearby which were much bigger and provided more. Apart from the night we arrived I never seen a staff member once during my stay. When I emailed the property with my concerns about the room and price, I received back a very sharply worded email. I made it clear I wasn’t seeking another room as it was a short stay but was disappointed in what was provided with my room, compared to its description when booking and the price. I was told I was the one who got description and price confused which I most certainly did not. During one night a bright what I can only describe as an emergency light shown on and off into the room, as did a siren and beeping noise which woke me from my sleep, this eventually stopped on its own. There was no one there to greet us when we were leaving. All in all I would not stay here again but for the short time I was there it was ok. Anyone booking the property be aware of what’s in the description to what you receive and note that there is a lot of steps and from what I can see doesn’t seem to be disability friendly. This was not a problem for me but would have been had my own family been with me.

The property was spotless clean and modern styling, the room was a nice and cool space to step in out of the heat. The bathroom was again modern and clean and towels were provided. The property was a short walking distance into town and was very handy.
