Everything way great.

Exceptionally clean and beautiful accomodation with a large comfy bed. It is located very central close to the famous clock tower and many great restaurants and cafes.

There was a strong smell of sewage in the room, not just in the bathroom. The Bathroom fan was super noisy. It said breakfast was included in our stay but there was nothing provided in the reception area even after the owner had said he would refill and put some things out. Checkout was Sunday morning. He did say keep the city tax payment to spend on breakfast but the bar for coffee next door was closed on Sunday. We were just disappointed in little effort to do as he said he would do

Such a beautiful B&B and the owner Tonino was so friendly and made you feel like you were home. The rooms were so clean. What I liked is you can check in as early as 12.00.

our experience began with a lack of communication by our hosts. after a long and tedious train ride, and a modest walk to the b&b from the trrain station, we had no idea how to enter the building. i did have a whatsapp number which i called, but gentleman who answered spoke no english, nor was he in the building. eventually he found someone who could communicate with and they walked us through the procedure. this was in contrast to our experience just the day before when our hosts greeted us at the train station and drove us to their B&B and spent twenty minutes reviewing everything necessary. breakfast at InCentro was not in the B&B but at some bar nearby, tho it was closed on sunday, so they made a deal to eliiminate the tourist tax in lieu of a non-existent breakfast. eventually they did show up, but seemed to be in a hurry and left after giving us the coupon for monday's breakfast. later in the evening, around 9:00, while preparing for bed, i realized there was no hot water and i texted our host. they eventually showed up and the problem was resolved, but the experience of annoyances lingered. it was a hotel marked by annoyances.
