The building is in need of maintenance, specially the shower and toilet. The doorframes were coming off and shower leaking to the floor. Kitchen equipment could me more complete, i.e only one wine glass.

The location is amazing in the countryside, really calm and relaxing. Good air conditioning, the patio was nice and well furnished.

It is very minor but in our apartment the furniture/ decor could use a little spruce up just to give it a bit more character. But it's all clean and tidy and that's the most important.

Best of both worlds: excellent location in the countryside just outside of the main town, a short cycle away. Easy to get via bike to all the different beaches and sights. Hilary was lovely and accommodating with check-in / check-out times which helped to create a relaxed and wonderful experience. I can see returning at the property with many friends and spending time grilling and eating at the large communal table. The outside spaces are lovely and very well taken care of.

The lighting of the outside dining space could be improved. There was just about enough light for dining at night but it was better bringing the standing lamp from indoor out to improve it

It’s semi rural location, quietness, proximity to port & shops - easy walk & cycle to town. The duplex studio apartments were roomy inside and outside dining space spacious and gardens beautiful with stunning view of the castle above . The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in. We loved the cat company during our stay. The cycle hire company Brezza Marina that the property recommends were helpful in transporting our luggage to property for free and also when we lost a bicycle lock key coming to cut off and replace the lock for free. But I would say the bicycles were not well maintained (at least at end of season in Oct) 3 of us had the chains come off and the chains were pretty caked with grease and debris 3 had issues with gears not functioning properly. They did replace my bikes without a problem but it is a little bit of hassle to return to shop to do this

Not enough plates, glasses, cups, etc

Picturesque setting, lovely plants, nicely lit at night, and pretty terrace for outside eating and relaxing. Good modern bathroom, air-conditioning worked well, and different bins for recycling waste.

Nice and spacious studios with terrace in a beautiful complex in a quiet area, 4 mins by bicycle from the bustling centre. Staff is very friendly and flexible and let us use the outdoor shower after check-out.

Lovely and peaceful place. Facilities available after check out (storage room, shower, hair dryer). The house was great, the space outdoor perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Only 3-4 mins far from town centre by bike. Planning to go back soon and work from there for a couple of weeks. :)

The hairdryer did not work and there were some bugs (including in the bed) but it is normal and hard to avoid since it is in the countryside

The check in arrangements. We had lunch in Favignana not to arrive too early, but even then there were no staff. Phoning the telephone number on the booking.com documentation eventually resulted in a text directing us to our apartment, with a key in the lock. We never met a member of staff. A welcome pack, even as an additional charge, should be considered. Whilst there was a coffee pot, there was no coffee, milk, nor were there essentials like salt pepper, oil vinegar for the BBQ (we left these and hope it helps...).

The location (out of season: April) was great, rural, quiet, yet with an easy walk into Favignana for supplies, both for the barbecue and pastries for breakfast. We used the BBQ facilities every night. Good walks around the islands made for a great holiday. Overall, very good value for money.

The furniture and interior was a bit dark and cold. Not cosy enough, too hard. The exterior and situation of house number 6 (pictured and our favourite) was exceptional. We stayed in number 8 however. We were the only ones there.

The peaceful surroundings, lovely and quiet in October/November. The cats! 😍

Apartments are old and could do with some maintenance and attention, the shower leaks, the outside furniture is starting to break. With some love and attention this property could be amazing. Wifi isn't very good in the apartments either.

Location is perfect, just outside the town, 5 minute walk and short cycling distance to all parts of the island. Communal BBQ is great, especially if you are with a group

Starting with ants that ram the kitchen and the sofa, the staff using ant insecticide on the kitchen, the cleanliness of the place is disputable and there are a lot of furniture out of order, doors half broken, missing shelves in the refrigerator, the port of the refrigerator doesn't fully close, the cold water in the kitchen doesn't run. The furniture outside are half broken. Lots of little particulars which would only need to be fixed in one day of maintenance which damage the otherwise beautiful property. If the garden would be well maintained ants would also be less present without using any poison.

The place is very beautiful and the apartments are of generous size, with trees that grant lots of shade. The nights are very quiet and the air conditioning, when really needed, worked well. The high of the apartment makes it very fresh with little air circulation. Outside there is a table with chairs and a shade which allow for beautiful nights at the air. The garden is green and there are plenty of flowers.

Don’t expect the room to be cleaned every day like in a hotel as this is more of a Holiday Home situation, meaning that the room will be cleaned only at the beginning and end of your stay.

This place is absolutely lovely! It’s a 3min bike from the city center, but far enough from it to feel immersed into nature and in a little peaceful bubble. It’s also at the center of the island which makes it perfectly located to reach any part of Favignana. The apartments are well equipped, spacious and you get your little private terrace. Staff is extremely kind and helpful! They really made us feel welcome.
