Furthermore, you cannot point the finger at the cleanliness because you found one cockroach, because the apartment is on the ground floor and by opening the door it can enter. It's not something I can manage, but in terms of internal cleanliness no one has ever complained because we care about this aspect. Lastly, it's not our fault If you chose a late evening flight and then had no way to reach the facility, in fact we also helped you with the transfer service and then you also come to criticize us.
