The host was exceptional. We had an upgraded room at no extra charge, very efficient information regarding arrival details, a warm welcome with detailed information about the city, its environs and recommended restaurants. All staff we met were incredibly helpful.

The shower is small, but the water pressure is great and you have a choice of two shower heads.

This B&B is an absolute gem. Great location in the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Alberto sat down with me when I arrived and gave me a detailed explanation of the key system and of the town. He gave me a recommendations and a map of things to see and where to eat. That was much appreciated. While the B&B is on the second floor of a walk up, the steps are not bad and they have a system for lifting heavy luggage up to the second floor so it does not need to be carried. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. Lighting was good. It was very clean. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Liked the location, good communication with the staff, spacious room, rooftop terrace, jacuzzi (€10 per hour), friendly and welcoming staff, and also appreciated having a kettle in the room. We really enjoyed our stay.

I thought it was great but the check in process was only done at one time and is set up through What's App. And. like all of the places there checkout is at 10:00am.

Would be nice to have a mirror in the room, not only in the bathroom. There is a rooftop with a jacuzzi, however in order to use you need to pay an extra fee. Breakfast included was in a patisserie close by but we could only order 3 items but not so many options (a lot of sweets).

It was very clean and very well located. The staff were amazing! Very attentive and super kind.

Everything was perfect and the host was amazing. If i could give 11/10 i would. The room was beautiful and full of history as well. Location perfect, the moment you come out of the door you’re in the city center.

Everything was good however the shower head does need fixed to allow rainforest flow(in our room).

Beautiful historical building - accommodation very comfortable and in a good location. Very comfortable bed! We loved the roof top terrace - some sun umbrellas would be useful

There was a worried clicking sound at night that made it hard to sleep. Probably the air condition or fridge.

Amazing building and location. Our host Filipo was excellent, accosting and helpful. Gorgeous rooftop patio with hot tub and lounge chairs. The rooms spacious really giving you that old world feel. Building itself is a treasure. We also ate at Nonna Tutti next door. The food was amazing. Wish we coulda stayed longer. Loved everything about out stray.

Breakfast was in a cafe a couple of minutes away, which was lovely. The room was a double (great bed!) but probably better for one person - or those who only go back to sleep - although the roof terrace gives wonderful extra space and memorable views. The hosts, who are brothers, were so helpful and very charming.
