No lift so getting luggage up several flights of stairs was not easy. The room did not have a fan or air-conditioning so it was warm and stuffy at night.

Beautiful bedroom with large comfortable bed, good wifi and tv. Access to shared kitchen. Friendly and welcoming host. Lovely resident cat. Welcomes dogs.

Italy is usually quit noisy, so bare it in mind.

The place was a great value for money. The bus stop was close (3-5 minutes), train around 15, and Coop - 10 minutes. The local beach was around 10-15 minutes of walking.

It is a quite noisy environment, so sleeping with the windows open is not comfortable. The shared shower is a very small one.

The bed was really comfortable, and the building wherein the apartment is situated is great.

You need to go upstairs without elevator. If you have a lot of heavy bags maybe will not be so comfortable. But for us was absolutely okay. Or if you have disabilities it may be a problem. Parking is not included to apartment but the owner kindly gave us some possible free parking options around. We found free parking slots near Pegli beach. It was just 5 minutes walk from there, so was no problem for us. In general everything was very good, recomend!

Very nice and cozy appartment with shared bathroom. Interiors looked gorgeous. There are two bathrooms, so no problem to find free one. They were clean and comfortable. But since there are few rooms in the apartments, we basically didn’t have to meet any neighbors. The room was very cozy, big and beautiful with a fan which was a big plus. There was a shared kitchen also with coffee. Check in at any time, so very comfortable. Excellent price-quality ratio!

Bathroom could be cleaner for this rating, especially the shower. It said on booking there is an external private bathroom - in my understanding one should have a key to it, if not, its not private, but shared with other guests. I would recommend to put some dark curtains on the big room windows as well to provide better sleep for the guests.

If you are a cat lover , you will definitely like Zeus! He is adorable cat. The accommodations themselves were nice, but the bathroom was a bit messy. Anyway, it didn’t ruin the overall experience. I would definitely recommend staying here

Our first night was very windy, and the windows and shutters were making a lot of noise. The other nights were okay. For us it wasn’t a problem, but there is no elevator and it’s on the third floor, could be important for some.

Well located in Pegli, close to the number 1 busline that we needed. Our room was pretty, and the place had a very cute cat who liked to be petted. The wifi was good.

The place completely met our expectation - we traveled by car, there were free parking places and bus stop to the center of Genova in 4 minutes by walk. We booked 1 room in entire apartment, The room, shared bathroom and kitchen were clean, kitchen had all things to prepare breakfast/ dinner. Perfect value for money. There was a little bit noisy for us, that’s why minus 1 point for comfort. Host is very supportive. The cat was magical!

A beautiful antique-style apartment, both stylish and comfortable – truly like staying in a piece of art. Everything in real is looks even better, than on the pictures! Great location near the beach with a large free parking spot in few minutes walk. The host was very helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable.

It took nearly one hour to go to city centre. The people who want to stay in this apartment, you should think twice. If you are going to stay in room 1, you should prepare yourself to sleep with the internet modem, this modem for the whole apartment. The modem was placed next to the bed. Crazy! The bathroom cabinet was also too dirty.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – close to everything and an ideal base for exploring the area. The owners are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. Every day they greeted us warmly, gave us great tips, and recommended places worth visiting. We felt more like we were staying with good friends than in a regular rental. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious coffee and something sweet to start the day. As a special touch, they even shared with us some authentic Italian recipes – a true culinary adventure! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back.

Amazing stay if it’s your first time in a hostel, only three bedrooms so it’s nice and cosy. The apartment was so cute and clean, we highly recommend paying a bit extra for the balcony, it is 100% worth it. Simon gave us so many great recommendations for Genoa and responded straight away whenever we had any questions. Thank you to Nino for driving us to the city centre when there was a train strike and a special thanks to Zeus the resident kitty! 🐈‍⬛ Overall an affordable and amazing place to stay in Genoa 10/10 recommend.

Zeus is the main cause why you should stay here, so adorable and smart cat. We stayed at night and this was a great option, calm and comfortable with the good balcony view. I definitely recommend for those who are searching for cheap one night bedroom

I want to share my pleasant stay at the hotel. We liked our room, clean comfortable bed, stylish Italian design, helpful owner, charming cat) the location is not in the center and it was great because we enjoyed the nature of the city! There is a bus that will take you to the center and beyond. I would like to return to this place! Only good impressions.

There was a cat in the shared flat. I have nothing again pet but I wish it was mentioned in the ad since I am allergic to cat. The cat was in our room when we arrived, a lot of hair on the bed. I had an eye reaction. The flat was not very clean overall. The room are not well isolated at all on term of noice. Overall, I would not come back

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better – close to the bus and train stations, the beach, shops, and fantastic restaurants. Everything was within easy reach! On top of that, the host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly felt at home. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Cat can be a little bit noisy, but personally for me it wasn't a big problem. There is a free parking lot couple of minutes by walk from the apartment, but it's small and can be full on evenings. Since we stayed from saturday evening to sunday morning, we could park our car anywhere on the street for free, but on the week days, this can be a problem.

The apartment is really big and cozy, I really liked the interesting choice of design. Apartment, as well as the bedroom, is equipped with everything you need, even guitar! Location is good, but it's still not the centre. It's close to the beach, the airport and many restaurants.Host was very responsive and helpful, regarding the check in instructions. Cat is very cute.
