The guesthouse is in the best location. Very clean, comfortable. The owner is very helpful and kind. I totally recommend! ❤️

I can't think of anything negative.

Flo and Carlos are excellent hosts. Very proactive. Helped us with information we needed about nearby eateries. They also have their own Pizzeria nearby. The location is ideal for the old town, the Main Street, the train/bus station (15 - 20 minutes walk). The Gray room we stayed in is modern with all the necessary creature comforts. Very clean. The entrance lobby has the microwave and some cutlery.

(Blue room). Very fresh and clean, it felt like it had been recently renovated. Great location on the edge of the old town and an easy 15 min walk from the station. Good communication with the owner who met us and showed us round. Quiet room despite the central location with a nice balcony to the side of the building. The owners restaurant is just round the corner, is very enjoyable (Carlo is a great singer!) and very popular.

We travel a lot, and by now we have quite a long list of apartments that looked like palaces in the photos but turned out to be… well, let’s just say “palaces” for mosquitoes. 😅 This time, it was completely different! Everything looked exactly as promised – maybe even better. It happens so rarely that we almost pinched ourselves to check if we weren’t dreaming. And the hosts? Absolute gems. Their care and attention made us feel safe and truly at home, like staying with the best of friends. We knew that whenever we needed advice or help, we’d get it faster than we could say “gelato.” Believe us, that’s not something you find everywhere. On top of that, they own a restaurant just two minutes from the apartment (which is about the time it takes to decide between pizza or pasta). The food was mouth-watering, and the entertainment – the staff and guests singing together – created such a joyful atmosphere that even the spaghetti seemed to dance on the plate. And then there are the people of Apulia. Unbelievably kind. A vendor at the market gave us fruit for free when paying by card wasn’t possible. A train conductor let us board an earlier train, even though our tickets were for a later one (try that in Poland 😉). And when we couldn’t find bus stops – which in Italy is truly an extreme sport – people practically took us by the hand and led us straight to where we needed to go. All in all: we wholeheartedly recommend both the apartment and Apulia. And while I usually don’t like going back to the same places (unlike my husband), this time I might just make an exception. 😊

The location of this property is so convenient. You are right in between the old and new Bari, which we found to be perfect. It was about 10 minutes’ walk from the train station where we arrived after our flight. You walk in a pedestrian zone with fancy stores and some cafes. The gate to the old town is one minute away. Here you can wonder through the labyrinth of narrow streets with cafes, restaurants, shops, churches, etc. A really nice area. And although you are right by the action, the room at Carlo’s guesthouse was very quiet. The bed is SO comfortable and everything is so clean. There are three guestrooms in the same apartment but we never heard anyone else. There is a small kitchen area with plates, utensils, etc for you to use. Most of all we loved Flo, the property manager. She was so kind and helpful. Although our flight arrived so early in the morning, we could leave our luggage in the restaurant. Also, we had dinner at their restaurant one night and that was such a fun happening. There was a long wait but as guests of the guesthouse they kept a table and were seated immediately: quite the VIP treatment. And wow, Giancarlo can sing!!

Floriana was an amazing hostess. Immediately responded positively to any requests, and her wealth of local knowledge was impeccable and helpful. Her passion for what she does and her respect for tourists is evident in everything she does. Giancarlo also very helpful in getting our heavy luggage downstairs. He is the rightfully proud owner of this lovely well located accommodation.

The place was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was quiet, so we slept well and felt really good there. The location was great – close to the city center, and we could get everywhere really quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Perfect location. It was a bit noisy, but that's understandable given its location in the old town. The host, Flo, was very kind and helpful. We also visited Carlo's restaurant, which we highly recommend — the food and atmosphere were 10/10. We would definitely stay at Carlo's again the next time we visit Bari.

The only thing I can suggest for improvement is access to metal cutlery, the disposable ones are enough but only for one day. Besides, I don't think I fully understood how the coffee machine works. Luckily, it's Italy and the food and coffee are delicious in the restaurants in the city

The room and bathroom are 100% like in the pictures. Very clean, pleasant smell, comfortable bed, soft and absorbent towels. Ideal location on the border of the old and new town. Quiet area. Ideal for a weekend trip. Quick and easy contact with the owner, Flo is wonderful and helps with everything.

Brand new, and with love and tastefully renovated. Perfectly located in the center, close to many bars and restaurants, and still in a residential area of the old town.

Perfect location at the entrance of Bari vecchia. This is a modern and spacious room. Confortable bed. Clean and comfortable bathroom, fluffy towels. The staff is amazing, excellent communication. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The windows had a thick curtain, but it is not sun proof. But we came to travel, so it was not a problem.

The apartment is located in the first floor in one of those impressive old buildings, right in the border of the old city and within 15 minutes of an easy walking distance from the train station. Our room had a small balcony facing a small typical alley with a sound proof window. The room was spotless clean, spacious enough and had all appliances, including high-speed internet connection, a fridge and a coffee machine- all brand new. The mattress was comfortable and the pillows were soft and of a good quality. The owners has a restaurant with affordable prices and happy vibe just around the corner. The host (Floriana) was kind and helpful.

Perfect location, clean, new and quiet apartment. Great contact with the owner who takes care of his guests. I highly recommend this place!
