Breakfast could be more diverse and bigger (only one boiled egg and one piece of bread per person)

The rooms are very modern. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was available 24h. The parking wasn’t included but some free parking spaces around property available

It is a little noisy, so you can hear people in the hall or sometimes in other rooms.

It’s a lovely place and has a fantastic host! Breakfast is served on a sunny terrace. It’s in the old city so you’ll have to drive trough some narrow streets, the view is more than worth it!

We had a great time at Candelieri. Francesca is a lovely host. The room is spacious and the bathroom is súper comfortable. The building is close to the historical center and also close to markets, restaurants and bakeries.

Nicely renovated guesthouse, clean, very helpful host. Car parking in the street available. In walkable distance to the historical center, but be prepared for stairs in Modica ;-)

nothing I didn’t like. perhaps in retrospective I’m not 100% sure I’d stay in Modica alta, but the town is small anyway so you can reach any corner easily.

the host did everything she could to assist us and make our stay comfortable. the property is new and well designed and maintained. bed is comfortable, AC and Wi-Fi work well, card key, adequate lights, charging possibilities next to the bed, etc… all is exactly as it should be :)

Simple, comfortable, good beds, nice shower, located in the heart of Modica, no problem accomodating our bikes, friendly host -she got us fresh collazzione for an early departure next day, high quality coffee

The host is a delight and most helpful in both guiding and greeting customers. Superb location. Great restoration of an old building in a modern style. Tasteful finishes and fittings throughout. Fresh coffee and breakfast pastries and a good range of fruit and soft drinks. Exceptional value for money.

really our only drawback - the mattress of the bed was a bit on the hard side.

the owner was extreme friendly and helpful locating and value for money was very good.
