Good location, nice room, good communication with the host.

No kettle (bollitore), cups or glasses

In the heart of the city, the bus stations towards beaches is nearby, the museums and churches also, the good restaurants and bakeries also. It is understandable that is would be loud. Recommended for the urban vibe lovers.

There is still a room for hygiene improvement all over the public areas. The indoors spaces were just find (restaurants, cafes... ).

Caterina was very welcoming and friendly. Was very easy to communicate with her, she messaged us a couple of days before to confirm arrival time etc she was very accommodating and gave us access to the property for early check in. The property was perfect just what we needed. Location is good, very close to the buses that take you to nice beaches. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars around.

The hot water run out pretty quickly. There was 3 of us and we had to have quick showers with cold water so we could all shower. We were there for 2 nights and there was only one toilet roll. I’m sure if we had asked Caterina would give us some but we just bought some.

The location was perfect. The price for such a location and the room with private bathroom was great. The host was very kind and helpful!

We had an amazing stay Baylle's room! The location is very central close to some excellent restaurants, main attractions of the city, harbour but also train station which is a 6 minutes walk away. The room was also really clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. I also appreciated being greeted by the host in person who was very kind and took the time to show me the room and its facilities. I would highly recommend Bally's room and will be happy to visit again! :)

The street can be a bit noisy during evenings but that's just a small detail as it didn't prevent us from getting a good night's sleep after a busy day of activities / sightseeing.

The location is spot on! Caterina is one of the best and friendly hosts I've met. She provided loads of recommendations for restaurants and how to get to places. The room is big enough for two people and super clean. There are small supermarkets nearby that sell basic things and are open until midnight. The location is also very close to the train and bus stations. The boat tour also departs from the Marina which is 8 mins walk from the accommodation. Loads of nice restaurants nearby and a Mc Cafe as well. I strongly recommend the Baylle's room for anyone that wants convenience, a good price and a clean place to stay (especially if you are with young children). The beach we visited was Poetto and I recommend it to anyone who wants a chilled beach without waves for small kids.

There is no lift, which for us was OK because the suitcase wasn't heavy and we don't have issues with stairs.

The location is great. Close to the port, city centre and all the bus stops. Caterina was really lovely to deal with and made everything very pleasant. We would definitely stay again.

Not a bad thing, it’s just a heads up, coming by car? Better parking at the marine or you will have a hard time finding a spot.

Location was excellent, the room and facilities were great, bed was super comfy! Host was so welcoming and helpful.

We stayed three nights at this place in May and we were very satisfied. The host, Catarina was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us all the information we needed. Location is very central, walking distance to everything in the old town. We rented a car and there is no parking on the street, but there are parking spots on the streets nearby if you’re lucky enough to find one. We ended up parking in the port most of the time, which is five minutes away from the house. Parking in the port is free between 1-4 PM and overnight from 8PM to 9 AM. All the other times it’s 3$/2 hours and you can pay at the parking machine for as many hours as you want. Anyway you don’t need a car if you are not planning to go out of the city. Plenty of chic cafes and restaurants around.

Being very central the street is busy and a bit noisy in the evening, but overnight it was ok. Bathroom is private, but outside the room, but we knew that before booking.

The room was ideal for our one night stay in Cagliari. The owner is polite and intent.

Nothing, everything was like expected

Super central location. We were greeted by the host personally, which has become very rare. 😀 The windows face an alley with street lights but the windows can be completely blacked out. very nice. The room had everything we needed, even a small fridge is there.
