Power cut happened in the city due to tunderstorm and we stayed without electricity for 2/3h. Not their fault but there was no generator to compensate this.

Location was easy to find and to park nearby. We like the option of choosing between 3 bars for breakfast

The air conditioner didn't work properly. We waited all night for it to drop to 16 degrees which it never happened, it didn't get lower than 25 degrees Celsius This was a huge disappointment as we book the place looking to have a fresh night during the heatwave and we end up having a warm night anyway.

The host provided very clear instructions on how to access the property, everything was spotless clean and the area was super quiet. The bed was very comfy and the entire place is modern. It included vouchers for breakfast in a very nice coffee place.

Nice room with a big bed. The bathroom is clean and new. I had a relaxed and nice stay.

First, we only got towels for one person and had to request the towels for the second person. Then, the towels were smelly.

Complex procedure for self check-in then NO KEY in key safe. Contact phone numbers provided NOT answered. Had to find another guest who contacted owners for us and then told to use a different room where key available. NO Wi-Fi code in room. Owner unable to communicate in English

My stay was unfortunately marred by several issues, primarily concerning transparency and customer service: Check-in difficulties: I was unable to complete online check-in and received no response to my initial messages requesting assistance. Tourist tax: the host initially withheld the full tourist tax amount, which was already included in my Booking.com payment. Despite official documentation from the Comune di Sassari proving that the tax applies for all the 7 nights (7€ total, not 5€), the host refused to refund the full amount, leaving 2€ unjustly withheld. The communication around this was unclear and misleading. Poor responsiveness: the host was consistently slow to respond, both to me and to Booking.com’s customer service, causing unnecessary stress and delays. Inadequate cleaning and amenities: cleaning was lacking during the stay, and towels were reduced without explanation as the week progressed. Limited breakfast options: the affiliated bars offered a basic breakfast (cappuccino, brioche, glass of water). Guests with dietary restrictions (e.g., lactose or gluten intolerance) are required to pay extra for alternatives. While the location was acceptable, the overall experience was undermined by these persistent issues. I cannot recommend this B&B due to the lack of professionalism and transparency.

I didn't like breakfast. There was 3 options which are not inhouse, we choose caffe 2000, and the croissant was not good at all. I consider the place should have a rating far less from 8.5. I asked if I could find any glasses at the location, with no answer.

The room was clean.

The property is no more than a couple of rooms on a floor of an apartment block close to hospital but some 15 minutes walk from the centre of Sassari. Although the rooms were clean the linen and towels need changing. It is good to note that in the small print of your contract you might have terms which you should be aware of. I asked for the towels to be changed and the reply was you signed a contract which says towels are changed every two days! The area is quiet and street parking is available but all room air conditioners are very noisy. So you either sleep in a noisy environment or in a high temperature room! Check in admin is well organised pre-stay, but make sure you don’t need anything. We have not met anyone of the staff / owners, they do not reply to calls or messages or emails. I replied to Roberto and Roberta’s email “We remind you that we can suggest the best restaurants or the most beautiful places in our wonderful land.” I am still waiting for their recommendations 🤷‍♂️ The overall current score of the property is unfortunately misleading even for a B&B.

If you need a room next to Sassari hospital or university then this is a property you should consider

The main door was very difficult to open after following all the steps. The rooms were not soundproofed and my family reported me that could hear all the guests voices, which is not the best. The staff was very nice and responded very quick, however, the number to contact them was not working at all and I had to call them from abroad with another number that I found on google.

The location is perfect if you need to stay close by the Hospital.

It would have been good to have a few basics in the room such as a bottle of water and a coffee machine. Or even a shared coffee machine in the foyer area.

Property was clean and self check-in was smooth. Host was pleasant and communicated clearly through messages. Parking was available either on the street or in the paid car park. The host was helpful with all instructions to assist with this. Breakfast was provided at the cafe downstairs and included a coffee, croissant and cup of water.

I did not like it. I had to have breakfast in a bar, with industrial pastry that I never eat.

The room clearly had mold on the ceiling. I took a photo of it. We both got respiratory symptoms. At night the light did not come on in the shower room anymore.

The breakfast was not good. Instead of a glass of water, it would be good to have orange juice.

In person check-in is for additional cost of 20€, while there is no free building access, no desk, and no personal. instructions for self check-in are such long and obfuscated, and you need to fill in so many information. Breakfast is actually a coffee and a croissant in one of the 3 nearby cafes, and you need to go loon around for these, also you need to keep in mind that one of those will only accept you on Sundays, and others 2 will accept you on Monday-Saturday.

The room is okay, though on photos look brighter
