Everything was perfect.

It was a calm idyllic place to stay in a busy wonderful city. Close to the main square by escalators. Easy to access the train station. Awesome to enjoy the outside area.

There is no downside. If you drive, parking can be an issue in the area.

An amazing and comfortable property with amazing owner who is always ready to help. The location is great and in a quiet area. Perugia is amazing- this property makes it even better! (Oh and there is also a garden!)

Everything was perfect! Marta was incredibly kind and helpful—she guided me to the property via video call all the way from the Minimetrò station, which made the arrival so easy and stress-free. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee outside in the peaceful garden, accompanied by their adorable cats and a rabbit. It’s a lovely touch that makes the stay even more special.

The studio is super cute, Marta was very helpful and the bunny in the garden is so friendly :) the complimentary limoncello and amaro was the cherry on top!

To get to the apartment with luggage with minimum fuss requires some planning. If using public transport, I would say it is better to take the MiniMetro all the way up and then walk a bit further, but downhill, than to take it to the closest station and then walk a shorter distance, but uphill.

Quiet and peaceful surroundings, a bit outside the very centre of Perugia. Well within walking distance from the centre. Good cooking facilities. Good shower. Perugia is lovely. I love old cities with significant height differences, so different from the flat landscape at home.

What a great find! B&B Uva Fragola was perfect for our stay in Perugia. Within the old town walls, but far enough from the hub-bub to provide peace, some outdoor space to enjoy a cup of tea & breakfast, and a sense of calm. The property had a little kitchen, meaning we were able to create our own simple food / breakfast if we wished. All in all, a lovely stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others, or stay again ourselves if we back in Perugia.

Great location if you are going to the arena. Marta was extremely helpful. It’s a self contained garden annex.

Marta is a warm, friendly and responsive host. The property is very comfortable and well equipped. The use of a shared garden is welcome with two friendly cats and a rabbit for company. Easy though steep access to the centre. Great base for other trips like Assisi. Marta was always quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommended.

Everything. I can tell Marta is really using her kind heart to run the business.

First of all, the owner Marta and her family is super nice. She helped us with everything and we even checked earlier than it should be. Our order didn't include breakfast but Marta also prepared us breakfast. Second, the house was amazing. It felt like home. It is a single house including kitchen, bathroom, etc. Next to Marta's house. Everything was clean and well organized. Anything you may think of, Marta has prepared for you. Last but not the least, the super friendly cats and rabbits. They were super cute and gentle. If you are allergic to them, it is also no problem because the animals are staying outside and in the big yard. You Just need to close your door. But If You like them, leave the door open They will come to your room and play.

Very nice villa, crean, confortable with all you need. Nice garden with tables for breakfast. Great disposion very close to both historical center and bus station. Very attentive host. And cute rabbit in the garden as bonus.)).

The apartment has less natural light than I’m used to.

The location is excellent, easy to get to, and the apartment is very spacious . The kitchen is very well equipped. The whole space is great.

It was cozy and near the sights, and our host was friendly, helpful and flexible.

Great location in the old town. The owner and her parents whom we met for the keys are lovely people. Marta the owner is very helpful and nice. The studio is very quiet, located in a patio where we had our breakfast, under the vine. There is a cute and affectionate fluffy rabbit pet in the garden that kept us entertained.

There was no fan provided, despite being advertised. Lots of mosquitos so could not open any windows or the door or sit outside. Very, very hot, dark and no air movement inside. Had to pay €10 per night extra before Marta would give you the remote for air con. Also advertised washing machine but Marta charged €10 for her to do your washing.
