This was the highlight of our trip. Perfect location. The room was fantastic. We had one with the sea view and balcony - we were very impressed. Breakfast was super great. The host was incredibly accommodating.

For direct access to the local beach there is no better location. In addition to the beach, just a short stroll along the beach and you are in the heart of the Otranto. Having breakfast on the balcony was perfect.

We liked everything. The view of the beach is exceptional. The breakfast outstanding, the staff led by Matteo addressed every need. The experience of staying at B&b Lungomare Otranto is as good as it gets, exceptional in every sense of the word.

Fabulous location. Matteo a prefect host and looked after us with a few nights upgrade. Breakfast was fantastic and lots of options. The room was very comfortable & lovely view of Otranto. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Great location opposite the beach. Lovely room with balcony overlooking the beach. Nice breakfast with hot and cold options chosen on check in. Very helpful and caring host who looked after us when we had had an accident.

Our room was small but with lots of storage space. The room was attractively decorated and had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. Our room faced the sea. It is a beautiful view! You sign a sheet for breakfast options. We had scrambled eggs and bacon, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese and croissant. It was delicious. We recommend the rooms with the balconies facing the sea as the view is amazing. The location is in the new town beside the sea. It is a leisurely walk to the Old Town. Be aware that there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the B&B. Our host was very helpful. The one negative is that nobody is there except at breakfast. If you need help you contact him through”What’s App”.

First and foremost, Matteo was an exceptional host. He was so flexible about our arrival time and was looking out for us on the balcony. This was so helpful and made it so easy for us to find. We had a Seaview room .absolutely stunning clear view o the beach, we loved our room. Excellent air conditioning and room was cleaned daily. Super short walk to old town but far enough away so no noise at night for sleeping. The beach is right across the street. One side for your own umbrella and the other side is a lido with paid chairs and umbrella (40 euros). The breakfast is outstanding, and Matteo does an excellent job getting fresh food each morning. We had eggs, bacon, cheese plate with fresh pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccino. Best breakfast our entire trip in Puglia! I would highly recommend staying here. Matteo told us some parking options, ending up going to a lot called Omar and it was super cheap, like 5 euro for the day and about 5 minutes from the room.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the beach - the perfect location. A short walk along the promenade to the old town. The host was friendly, attentive and a great communicator. He personally cooked and prepared an amazing breakfast, which was served on our balcony! Bed was comfortable. We were able to park our car (for free) right next to the apartment on a side street! Even on a Sunday afternoon, when the town was busy! Just a note - the apartments are on the second floor, accessed up the stairs in the building (37 steps). If you have mobility issues, it could be a problem.

The communication with staff during our stay was a bit off sometimes, we didn’t always feel welcome.

Be ready for several flights of stairs It could have gone badly as there was a mixup with our room reservation. Instead of the “sea view balcony room” we did not realize our balcony room came only with a “partial sea view”. There was no comparison between the 2 rooms. Matteo moved us to our proper room without hesitation, and was the perfect host from start to finish
