Everything was great, but one thing to note is that the entrance to the building had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke and humidity, which I guess is common in older houses. Thankfully, inside our room everything was spotless, fresh and perfectly clean. Also, the hotel is not accessible, to reach it (on the first floor) you need to climb a set of stairs, and in our particular room, the bed was on a loft, accessible by another set of stairs. (We didn’t needed it to be but just in case this helps someone)

We were pleasantly surprised, it’s much better than the photos! The hotel is actually an apartment that has been divided and renovated so that each room feels like a mini studio. The host was very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was quite spacious; we stayed with our dog, and there was no problem at all bringing her, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent, right in front of a square with a few bars, and just a short walk uphill to the main square. Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised and would happily stay again.

I enjoyed the location, with a view on the square with a statue of Enrico Costa, a Sardinian writer of the turn of the nineteenth century. Incidentally I found out from the host that the flat was his very own home. Below the room and seconds away there is fabulous bar with a very friendly barista which made the most scrumptious cappuccino and espresso.

Great for visiting Sassari but the beaches are not that close - e.g. it takes about 30 with car / 1 hour with train to get to Alghero.

The lady working there was friendly and adaptable, the place was big and clean. Definitely enough space for two. The little breakfast was also sweet. In general a great place to stay.

The private bathroom was outside the room, the street was a bit loud in the morning and there was a heavy smell of smoke in the hallway.

Perfect location, a very nice room with plenty of space. The bottle of water in the fridge and breakfast are refreshed every day. Chairs was also very understanding with my uncertain check in times and the communication worked out perfect.

The lady who rents the room is very nice and communicative, and is not at all intrusive even though she lives in the same building. She is available to help and give advice. The breakfast is excellent. The location is great, near the strict historical center. Right on the square in front is a public garage, which is practical.

Unique "loft-like" room in a historical building. Everything was thoughtfully designed, decorated, clean and cozy. We would have stayed longer if we could. The kind owner was very understanding of our changing travel plans. There is a cheap covered underground parking in front. We really enjoyed our stay in Sassari, recommended.

We absolutely loved the location and the balcony view. The hostess was super welcoming and she provided us all kinds of goods for breakfast. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated.

I had a great stay here. The hostess was superb and said to contact her at any time by WhatsApp if I needed anything. I had a comfortable, tastefully decorated room with private bathroom, fridge, TV, very welcome ceiling fan, a small terrace and even a raised platform. A simple D.I.Y breakfast was included. The B&B is about a 1-minute walk from the main square Piazza d'Italia and a 15-minute walk from the train & bus stations. Cost - for two nights, €93.08 including city tax.

The room is very intelligent with Sardinian historical furniture in a historic building. Located in the center of Sassari, and you can enjoy the night market of Sardinian street food. Public parking lot nearby was less than 3 euros from 7pm to 8am. Owner is flexible and lovely. I'm sure everyone likes her. You'll feel like a resident of Sassari's old town. I can't imagine staying anywhere else but this B&B If come to Sassari again. Grazie mille.

I had a wonderful stay at Chiara’s place! She was incredibly welcoming and kind, even waiting for me when I arrived late. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-prepared with thoughtful touches like a bottle of cold water, juice, a breakfast tray, and toiletries. The central location made it easy to find the apartment and explore the area, and I really appreciated how well-maintained everything was. Let me start by saying that I wanted to leave ASAP this location because of the horrible smell in the bathroom (inside the room was ok). I had to do the make up in my room because I couldn't stand the smell. I had the room with the external bathroom. Being that is an old building the ventilation system is very very poor and the smell was horrible 😒 The room and the sheets were clean but the towels not to much. The water of the toilet was quite hard to use, due to the fact that the water wasn't coming as soon as you pressed the button- i assume that this is the building water system that is quite old as well Not so much of nice restaurants around, only caffès But there are many grocery stores, which was good. I won't be coming to this city- it was dirty per general. Thanks God that i went to Stintino from Sassari- totally recommended. .

Nothing, everything was perfect.

My stay was perfect! The room looked exactly like the photos—super spacious and clean. They even provided a lovely breakfast tray. The location was ideal, close to everything yet tucked away on a quiet street.
