Good communication from the host lots of info pre arrival. Nice room, comfy bed, great breakfast on the roof terrace over looking Santa Croce. Great location in the old town.

Claudio was a fantastic host. He sent clear instructions before our visit and the property was easy to find. The roof terrace has the most spectacular view and our room was very comfortable.

Lovely italian breakfast, good cappuccino, very friendly and helpful host Claudio and a wonderful view from terrace to Basilica Santa Croce. Claudio has many recommendations and can assist you in any way. Ask Claudio about the meaning of "Sei volti" 😉 We had a room without a bathroom, but you get a private bathroom over the floor with own capatoii.

Amazing location that cannot be beat. The view of the Santa Croce church alone is enough reason to book. Claudio is a wonderful host and the property is immaculately clean. Very charming.

A few things to note during our stay : - the umbrella was broken so we couldn’t have breakfast outside (which is a shame because the view was amazing and we chose this place for this) - we were asked the time we wanted to have breakfast , but by this time nothing was ready . We had to wait 30 min to get something. Breakfast was not very good. Crispbreads were expired for more than 4 months. It would have been appreciated to have some fruits, and maybe something savoury as well. - we only had one towel (instead of two) in our room for the shower. - there was no bottle of water in the bedroom (you can’t drink the water from the tap in Italy)

The B&B is extremely well located and the view from the terrace is amazing. The host is always available to answer queries.

Claudio went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our breakfast. I love the fact of this place had an elevator! The room was a good size. It was just me and my husband. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Plus, we had a window. The room was very clean. The shower was great! I loved how the water was strong.

If you want the most amazing view with your morning coffee this is the place for you! The view from the terrace is spectacular and an amazing opportunity to see the baroque beauty of Lecce up close. We also really appreciated the lift… not every day you ride a lift from the 1930’s!!! Our host was extremely helpful and we really appreciated him offering a taxi service both to and from the property.

Host Claudio was excellent and very friendly to deal with.Room was beautiful and location could not have been better.All sights and restaurants are located around the apartment.The view from its balcony was fabulous,as was the fresh breakfast served on said balcony.You can't go wrong booking this accommodation.Host , breakfast ,location and value for money is excellent.

Comfortable room with a friendly and helpful host. Outstanding view of the baroque and elaborate Basilica di Santa Croce from the breakfast terrace. Large ensuite bathroom. Handy lift to 2nd floor. Centrally located and close to many sights and restaurants.

No parking and difficult to find. You need to enter through a small garage door and go up 5 flights of stairs or take a cage elevator

Gorgeous, clean and centrally located. Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace which gives you an incredible view of certain carvings on the Basilica that cannot be seen from the street. Must see!

Would have preferred en suite but it was not a big issue - it’s an old building after all . The location was brilliant

The location is fabulous, overlooking the stand out Santa Croce , you eat breakfast on the balcony overlooking it. It is a property in the second floor that is not obvious from outside - however the small adventure of receiving your instructions to get in from Claudio is parting the fun and there’s a classic European small lift to get you there ! Bedroom was nice , I had the one without en suite but you get your own separate bathroom and this was made known to me in advance ( it wasn’t an issue ) , the others do have en suite . Breakfast is nice and it’s all very laid back. Bed comfortable and Claudio very helpful with local knowledge . It was a nice find this place

Couldn't get remote to turn on air con unit but probably operator error!

Beautiful classically furnished (and clean!) room, great location in the center, and very kind host. Incredible view of Santa Croce on breakfast terrace with delicious local pastries. Its on 3rd level (with elevator) so we could leave balcony door open in lovely weather!!
