5 mins walk to railway station. Then 5 minutes train ride to the centre of Florence. The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was very friendly.

Noise coming from other rooms as the walls are pretty thin. Also, the parking just next to the apartment is taxed and you can only park on the blue line if you are not a resident (pay attention), which leaves even less parking spaces around. One can park near the train station which is only 5 min away by foot.

The room was great and host was exceptional. He helped us get our luggage to the room and explained everything in detail on how the apartment is and how to get to Florence by train. The train trip takes only 5-7 min so one can reach Florence Train Station in around 15-20 min from the door of the app. Also, the breakfast was super nice with fresh pastry and nice coffee. It can be complicated to find a nice living space in the centre of Florence so this is a very good option outside of the city center.

Parking is free if you find a spot in the street. Sometimes you need to circle around untill you find a spot, but that is normal for Florence.

The host Felice is the best host I've ever had. He goes out of his way to assist you in any way. Thee room was nice and clean. The location for Florence is the best you can have if you are not staying in city center. You are a 8min train ride away from the center.

I ask 4 days before the arrival to make the check out one day before the programed and they didn't accept, I pay for 5 nights but stay only 4 nights . , this was not fair

Room was very spacious. We also had access to private patio for breakfast with sunshine!

Felix was a very accomodating host and helped us with parking and finding attractions and local transportation. Would recommend and stay there again!

There were not much breakfast options as part of cooked meals. As it is a B&B and not a hotel, only boiled eggs were available as cooked meal. Nevertheless great place to stay at!

Great host. Very clean property. Very friendly host. Good and clean bathrooms. Good connectivity with central Florence.

Nothing to share

The host of the hotel was very good, we reached early morning in the hotel and he accommodated everything. Sometimes a few little gestures means a lot. Thank you for everything !!

Felice was a wonderful host. Always up in the morning to greet you and make coffee. The room was cleaned everyday which was nice and having a balcony is Great. Pretty close to the metro station. Good continental Breakfast with lots of choices..

Lift access is too small to fit in a luggage and two people.

Host was super helpful and followed up on our arrival. Property is very clean and located in a the quiet area of Florence away from the tourist crowd and within 5 min walk to the train station.

Since it is located in a more residential area if you get there late (around 8pm) you’ll need to get something to eat from a supermarket cause there are no restaurants open around. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are coming by car. The host suggested us to park at the train station (5min walk) and it worked well for us. It only costs 5 euros a day.

The host is great! He made us feel like we were at home. The room had very good space, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is also very good! Very close to the train station and is only 1 stop from the city. Very easy access!

Room sound isolation is not very good, you can hear people in the other rooms just talking

The rooms and kitchen are all near each other so it was a bit noisy we could hear the people in the other room. But it was tolerable for a short stay.

Felice was exceptional and super friendly- he made sure everything was perfect and even had small vegan foods for breakfast we really appreciated that. Plus there's two balconies which had a nice view.

Felice was amazing host, very kind and helpful. He treated us like we are guests to his home. We felt very comfortable as like at home. Room was very clean, and had everything we need. Kitchen and breakfast are quite good. Location: just 1 train stop to the main station, and 5 minutes walk away to the stop. Unfortunately we forgot something at room last day when we are living but Felice wrote us and we immediately left the train and got our stuff from hotel. We highly reccomend this hotel.

Nothing, it was just great.

Everything, clean, tastefully furnished, Hosts Felice and Stefania were warm, welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was fresh, and varied. Short walk to the railway station, 1 stop away from the central train station, and a short walk away from the Duomo. Grazie mille per tutto, seite perfette!

Felice is an amazing host, going out of his way to help you with everything you need! You feel like being taken care of in the best way. The room was comfortable in a great location with easy access to the city via public transport.
