I was staying alone in the room and i received a message from the owners that there were 2 people in the room and asking for their identities. I tried to confirm many times and the owner kept telling me that the cleaning lady informed about 2 people in the room. after lots of messages, she stopped insisting, when i came back home the room was cleaned and all my stuff was kept in the cabinet which i didn't like because i don't want someone to arrange my stuff or change the place,and i still don't think she believed me yet although i toke some pictures and send them to her on the second day of how i was keeping the room.

The room was nearby to the conference center where i had my conference the room is clean and the facilities are good there is a coffee machine and coffee capsules and tea bags the area is quiet and there are trains and buses to take you from and to the city center.

rooms have thin walls and you can hear the neighbour, also the kitchen has no utensils to use, the ones in pictures are just decoration, there is no pan, plate, knife.

unfortunately, we didnt figure out the AC and it was very warm, but as we stayed only one night it was fine!

It was very clean, and in a nice house! Everything you needed, we felt very comfortable. it is close to the metro station! would definitely book it again!

I liked everything.

The room is spacious, designed to be very functional, decorated to a fine taste, extremely comfortable, and located in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. The property managers are a pleasure to deal with, facilitating every interaction, providing help, and even leaving exchange in the room so we could pay in cash with no hassle. Very good value for money and trouble free. I highly recommend staying here!

Missing at least one spoon/ fork/ knife in the room, if you have any take away food or just a fruit for breakfast. A bit noisy as I guess there is no acustic isolation with closest apartment, you can here neighbours' conversations.

Extremely clean and functional, you have all you need and a spacious and nice place to stay. Not in the city center but well connected.

As I had not indicated that I would use the kitchenette, there was nothing there, not even a spoon or fork (to eat my store bought yoghurt breakfast). Even if people will not cook, they may want to use cutlery to consume food they bought elsewhere. There were plastic cups for coffee....not great. Prefer stone mugs for hot drinks; healthier and better for the environment. As I always bring my own mug and spoon, it was not a huge problem but perhaps a suggestion for the future?

Very efficient and fresh appartment, very good bathroom, too. Situated in a nice and lively neighbourhood, very close to shops, restaurants, cafes and congress center. Also close to metro!

The apartment is even better than what you can dee in the pictures, super clean, great shower, and lots of restaurants, supermarkets around.

unfortunately the neighbouring properties can be a bit noisy if you like an early night, quieted down later on after 11pm. Plastic cups for the coffee machine not suitable, they don’t take the heat and melt and spill if not held up in the machine, had to use a second up to drink the coffee.

Very clean and well maintained property in Lingotto, the location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro which only takes a few mins to get in to the centre. Eataly is a 2 min walk and the Lingotto centre in the old Fiat building is the same. there is also lots of bars restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. bed was very comfortable and the apartment is a good size (I was in the green room)

Only thing was the sofa bed was incredibly creaky. It was comfy but a slight move created noise walking up multiple times through the night. If it were me I would replace with a proper Bed.

They didn't explain where to leave the key, I called the number we were given and the person in charge was rude.

The apartment was very comfy, no that easy to reach but ok we could manage.

- the room was small - the sofa bed was uncomfortable, noisy and hard - the sound isolation was terrible, we could hear our neighbours washing their teeth - noise rules were not respected by the neigbours in the building, we could hear a washing mashine at 1 in the morning - the place is far from the city center - the view from the balcony is towards a "ghetto" building - the use of kitchen utensils comes at additional price

+ very kind hosts + good communication and organisation + good connection to the public transport + a pharmacy, supermarket and a shopping mall with restaurants very close + clean and tidy, with attention to details
