We would like to point out that with every booking we send an online check-in form to be completed with ID documents and the city tax payment (which is not collected by Booking). Once completed, guests receive a detailed link with all the instructions to access the property. Outside the building, on the entrance door and inside the apartment, there are identification plaques with the Guesthouse name. On both these plaques and in the link itself, you will also find our mobile phone numbers available 24/7, in case you need assistance, together with step-by-step written instructions.
