Rooms were a bit small but everything was so tastefully appointed and designed. The bathroom and shower were amazing.

Loved the communal space. Since we were traveling as a small group we used it every day to meet and plan our day. At the end of the day it was our gathering spot for discussing the days events and sights. Beautiful space. Thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was provided.

The kitchen is minimalist and could benefit from more facilities and we were surprised to find the accommodation quite noisy on our last night but this may just have been due to some rather loud guests who seemed to leave just before our departure.

ASILO is a beautifully located residence close to Barolo’s restaurants, shops and cafes with secure off street parking. The living space opens out onto a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside which is a relaxing place to enjoy a glass or two at the end of the day. The living space is spacious and nicely designed.

Stylish place. Comfortable. The owners couldn't do enough to help us. The local taxi companies were full and so we were struggling with our taxi to the airport, but they found someone for us. They provided excellent recommendations. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The view is beautiful.

The house is charming, state of the art, centrally located, easy to reach by car and offers all the comforts one can wish for. Francesca welcomed us so warmly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and all things to explore in the area. We couldn't have asked for anything more and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Asilo. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the village of Barolo. Bonus: there is even gated parking and a charger for EVs!

The family who owns this hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. All the beautiful added touches makes it unique and definitely a boutique hotel. Delicious coffee , comfortable beds , and a beautiful garden to sit and enjoy the views in Barolo. Walking to everything - restaurants , shops , wineries … and plenty of parking for cars too.

We had a wonderful stay at ASILO in Barolo. The Apartment was very beautiful and big with a nice terrace overlooking the vineyards. There was Also a garden with a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The Apartment was located in the centre of Barolo, with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Elisa was a wonderful host, she was there every day to help us with advice for good restaurants, wine tastings and she often made us cappucino with a sweet pastry. She Also brought us in contact with a nice wine maker who taught us a lot about the wines and Also loaned us electrical mountainbikes to Explore Barolo and the surrounding villages. Thank you so much for the Amazing time!

The property was beautifully located in Barolo. It’s very clean and newly renovated. We’re a family of four so we had a whole area that was connected and we were able to share the space with two bedrooms. It is in the town of Barolo, with a lovely balcony where we drank coffee and wine. It’s a special place to be. Francesca the owner, is so helpful, friendly and very generous. She was a delight to meet and we would have loved to been able to spend more time there.

Great new BnB in Barolo, just 5 min walk from the castle and Wine Museum (which is highly recommended for visit). Everything is clean, made with a good taste, the highlight was a breakfast, prepared by Francesca, made of high quality local products. And you get a free parking on a protected territory.

Wow ! What a beautiful guest house, nicely renovated with lots of personal taste and surprising details ! Francesca is a great host, always helpful and with excellent advice ! In the beautiful and quiet room with a very comfortable bed and very good WLAN, I felt like being at home ! ... and the breakfast was delicious, in particular the in house little cakes !
