    the entire property is full of mould!! it’s absolutely unbelievable and disgusting! also, I once got blocked inside, someone from the outside had to help me open the door.

    Disappointing - whilst the accommodation is beautiful it was not the luxury break I had hoped for.

    This review is the feedback that we gave directly to the hosts and their response: "we were actually sold Bed and Breakfast on Booking.com when we rented the accommodation as this is how it is advertised on Booking.com. It is also referenced as this within the detail you have provided about the accommodation and indeed you also state in one of your responses to a previous guest that breakfast is served in a bar just situated in the square (Innamorato). So we were shocked at your initial response that there was no breakfast included" "For breakfast you are right but the question is complicated. We offer breakfast only in the summer at a bar, which unfortunately does not offer this service in the winter, if we can apologize we offer you a free day if you would like to come back here!" -This is not good enough as we paid for bed and breakfast. We raised a complaint via Booking.com to request a partial refund as we did not receive breakfast and there is no mention anywhere that breakfast is not served in winter however the hosts refused to provide this refund. The temperature of the spa bath needs to be able to be increased in the winter months, (26* isn't warm enough when local residents are all wearing coats and scarves outdoors!) there is also a light in the spa, which is permanently on this needs to be able to be turned off, and most importantly, there is no wardrobe/cupboards for any of your clothes! There are no facilities to make coffee, it identifies that there is a coffee machine however there is not even any instant coffee sachets, there is also no milk, however there is a fridge so this could be put in here. Previous guests recommend that you provide 2 more pillows, so we purchased 2 cushions for the extra comfort. As well travelled people we expect to find useful and important information in the accommodation, such as where does the rubbish/recycling go, where is the nearest shop, the opening times of restaurants etc.

    The accommodation is absolutely beautiful! We had 2 bottles of prosecco which was lovely, (but to be honest I would have much preferred a coffee machine, good quality coffee and milk!) The hosts clearly wish to be attentive, and checked in on us throughout our stay. We didn't say anything during our stay as a lot of these things (below) have been raised by previous guests before and nothing has changed therefore wanted to give them the feedback directly when we got home.
