Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We could check in one hour earlier without any issue. We had a nice stay, it is clean and the location is very convenient for our trip, close to everything we want to see and need. Definitely recommend it!

Wasn't very luminous. Staff came inside to make the bed but we didn't expect room service at all.

I like the location , not too far from the train station of cagliari. The room and toilet is very neat. We really enjoyed our stay in the place. I recommend it .

Limited facilities. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room which was nice but it would be better to provide normal cups instead of plastic ones. Also, we spent there 2 nights and there was not enough coffee capsules for that stay. We haven't met anyone from staff and check-in process could be improved, as it took a while to get directions on how to access the room.
Great location in Marina so it's very convenient for late/early flight.

I was told there were bannisters as there is no lift however the first 2 flights of stairs don't have them. If you have mobility problems like me this represents a problem as they are not easy stairs.
The location was nice, close to main hub and surrounded by all manner of shops and eateries. The room was spacious and clean with a good shower and bathroom.

the accommodation was not cleaned, the microwave oven was not functional and quite disappointed with the hot water capacity, we had to wait around 1 hour for the 2nd person to have a shower ,also having a big kettle for coffee it can be more useful.
The location in the heart of the city close to bus station ,to all the restaurants,I was happy with the direction from the owner ,chek in chek out easy ,the bed was very comfortable, the toilet room was on my expectation .

I recently stayed at "only rooms" in Cavour Street and my experience had both positives and negatives. While the location was convenient, I encountered some significant drawbacks that affected my overall comfort and satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The location of the accommodation was undeniably good, providing easy access to nearby restaurants. However, there were several aspects of the stay that left much to be desired. First and foremost, the bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. I had to resort to purchasing my own pillow to get a decent night's rest, which was quite disappointing. Furthermore, the lighting system in the apartment was inadequate. During the day, the place felt rather dark, making it challenging for me to work comfortably. Moreover, opening the window for some fresh air came with an unpleasant surprise - the smell from a nearby restaurant's kitchen permeated the apartment, creating an unappetizing ambiance. As a result, I was forced to keep the windows closed. The cleanliness of the place was also subpar. I noticed various cleanliness issues that were not up to the standard I expected for the price I paid. Speaking of the price, I found it to be considerably high for the quality of service provided. The overall experience fell short of what I anticipated, making it difficult to justify the cost. In conclusion, while the location was a positive aspect, the uncomfortable bed, poor lighting, unwanted odors, cleanliness issues, and the relatively high cost of the stay made it a less than satisfactory experience. I hope the management takes these points into consideration to improve the overall quality of the service. Please note that this review reflects my personal experience, and others may have different opinions based on their stay.
