We loved absaloutley everything about this hotel, the bed was so comfortable and it was very clean, the breakfast was lovely and gentleman who helped us with everything we needed was amazing from directions to tips on florence ! it was close to all attractions, and litterally could not have found a better place to stay . Thank you for everything, if we return to florence we would definitely stay here again ! 😃

everything was perfect

the place was perfectly located just in the heart of florence, the apartment on it’s own was beautiful and was very clean and cozy… and the host was amazing and very helpful (not even talking about his amazing breakfasts he makes)

We had a great stay at the property! It was very close to the central area about a 5 mins walk. The team was also great especially Charlotte with the communication and recommendations given! In room breakfast service was also scrumptious 😊

Niccolo was extremely welcoming and informative before we even arrived at the hotel. He was always very accommodating and helpful. Very informative and helpful with suggestions of what to do whilst visiting Florence. The other staff were also friendly. The rooms were very clean with great storage and toiletries great quality. The beds were etreamly comfortable. Tea, coffee, and cold water available 24hours a day. Extra care given by umbrellas also being provided. An iron and ironing board was also available to use. Having a lift to transport luggage was extremely helpful. Breakfast provided is amazing! Everything was very fresh and plentiful daily and staff were happy to alter what they could to meet our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Firenze on foot. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend.

The check in was a little chaotic, I wasn’t given specific instructions on how to enter into the building and was yelled in the face by an angry neighbor so that wasn’t a great first impression, but it didn’t detract from my experience.

Great location, communicative responsive host who was very accommodating and reliable. The room was perfect, with a cozy bed and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved my stay.

Amazing hospitality from Alberto's team. Every morning a breakfast with love and detail. Two streets away from Maria del Fiore, soundproof windows and some guidance for the citycenter. What more to ask for a stay in the citycenter.

It is in the city center, so a bit noisy. But if you would like to stay in the city center, it is not possible to stay in calm place.

Perfectly clean. One of the highest standards I see in Europe. Breakfast was nice. Şima, Alberto and Niccolo were super friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to everywhere. Room has good interior design. They give good tips about the city.

The location was perfect for me to walk to all the museums I wanted to visit. Very central, but far from the madding crowd. But what was truly exceptional was the hospitality of the manager (Alberto) and likewise the friendliness of housekeeping.

During the summer, with the windows open, I suppose there might be some noise from the street.

The hosts of this BnB are very friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and thanks to newly installed windows, it was well soundproofed. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The location is highly convenient—easily accessible from the airport or train station via Tram Line 2—and just a five-minute walk from the Cathedral. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of charm. Highly recommended!

The only very small thing that could change would be to add a bin to the main bedroom as there was only a bathroom bin.

Amazing location, so close to everything. Nothing we wanted to see was more than a 20 minutes walk, most things were 5 minutes away. Staff were so friendly and helpful from breakfast service to helpful tips. Room was compact but had everything we needed.

As others said earlier, the streets are really noisy, but this was our experience everywhere in Italy. Get some earplugs and there won’t be any issue :)

Great hosts, great location, comfortable bed, nice street view. We had a technical issue with the AC and after a call to Alberto, it was fixed in 5 minutes.

In front of the b&b is a 24/7 McDonald's, and at night it is very loud with happy tourists until the morning. And the windows are not the most sound proof.

The room is spacious, interior design, bathroom, great shower, the breakfast delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful with local tips.

Unfortunately, there’s 24/7 McDonald’s right next so we had hard time to get sleep …

Place was new, clean, and very cute. Location is convenient for pretty much everything. Host, Alberto, was very nice and helpful. Also breakfast was very good and it was delivered to the room with choice of drinks.
