We did not have blankets in the room, only sheets and bed cover, so it got chilly in the night. We did try to contact the host, but as we discovered it around 10pm, we did not manage to get in touch. The room didn't have a proper window - it was covered from the outside.

The place is very nice with a view at the pool. We felt very welcome. Breakfast was nice with fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cheese and meat selection and you could order eggs from the kitchen.

The room is a bit small. We didn’t spend any time but after a few days it feels tight.

The hosts were amazing. Very friendly. Made us feel welcome and at home. Had interesting conversations, gave us advice on where to go and visit, and the place is just a peaceful and beautiful Spot in nature in what feels like a very local village.

This is not a criticism, just something to note. Both our GPS systems took us to two different, but both wrong addresses near the railway line. We telephoned and Leonardo came to find us. Apparently it happens often. The best way to find the property is to head up the hill to the old village of Vezzano because the property is just on the edge of the old village.

The welcome from Leonardo was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The room was basic but comfortable. The location is good, a 10 minute walk up to the old village.

Nothing - it was perfect!!

Everything!! It was just absolutely perfect. The family were so incredible and welcoming as soon as we arrived! They even cooked us the most incredible several course meal that was DELICIOUS! And catered to dietary requirements. The pool was phenomenal and the grounds were so beautiful. Would recommend it to anyone!! And we would love to come back!!

The owner welcomed us with excellent wine. beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. family atmosphere. everyone will smile. breakfast was great. It's a pity that I only have to give 10 points because I would give 20. I never go back to the same places, but this time I will make an exception

Nothing!! Only It was tricky to find as some of the roads were blocked off due to construction. Alessandro was going to drive down to meet us and show us the way but he worked out where we were and directed us one more turn and we suddenly were on the correct road and were there. Leaving was a different story - 2 minutes later we are on the main road just a satnav thing.

I wish we could have stayed longer. It was absolutely heavenly. The views were amazing, the rooms clean and well thought out, Alessandro was a wonderful host and we hung out and chatted into the evening. Best nights sleep we had in Italy. Honestly if you can stay here do. There is a kitchen you can use and a wonderful breakfast with lots of coffee and fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend and hope to return some time soon.

A brilliant welcoming host is Alessandria, he speaks excellent English, I wish my Italian language skills were as good as his English. The weather was good enough to use the pool, which was excellent, good parking next the property or at the end of the drive in the olive gardens. Excellent WiFi Brilliant view from the property overlooking the valley below, usual set of expected Italian switch back roads to get the property. Comfortable, very clean and well presented, but small bedroom and bathroom.
