Location is not a great area, but only 10 minute walk into historic part of Lecce. There is plenty of street parking IF you are lucky and find a spot. The whole check-in process is complicated. It is an apt building with other rental properties and residents. You constantly hear doors slam and people walking up and down stairs.

Nice sized rooms; very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable.

Street was noisy. Had some difficulty finding the entrance. Entry process was a bit cumbersome.

There is no shelf or ledge in the bathroom for toiletries, so had to use the desk in the room. At night when getting back to the room there is no light in the room to find the locks to put the keys in - grrr!!!

The location was great plus the accommodation was very clean.

Everything new, clean and tasteful. Comfortable bed. Good wifi, aircon and hot water. Very convenient location only steps away from Lecce railway station. We never met the manager but she was always responsive and showed us personal kindness when we had a medical issue.

It can get noisy -- both from the rooms (walls are thin) and from the outside -- but thankfully our nights were mostly quiet.

Two minutes from the station, ideal if Lecce is your homebase for exploring Puglia. Comfortable bed, spacious room, clean.

We paid 25 Euros for an extra 2 hours for late checkout at 12:00 PM.But there was no place to deposit our luggage until our train at 5: 00 PM.

The location was perfect for us because we did not have to take our heavy luggage very far at all. It is only two blocks from the train station. The structure and ambiance of the room was very enjoyable and our room even had a nice terrace with furniture to enjoy eating out there. It also had a clothesline which came in very handy to dry our hand wash clothes.

- Very noisy since there are 7 rooms in an apartment divided by very thin walls. You can hear everything the other rooms are doing - Hot water doesn't last long and its a problem if woman wants to wash her hair - Someone from the staff came to make up the bed without us knowing. They only made the bed, didn't clean the floor or change the towels or clean anything else - The shower has no place to hold anything. Soap and shampoo goes in the floor

We were told there was parking and there was not really. Ran out of hot water after one shower.

Method of check-in: facilities very basic. No place for luggage or space in the bathroom. Reserved the room because private parking space was advertised but when inquired about parking was told that there was only one space and it was already reserved.

Top location, in a beautiful area close to the Centro storico with many amenities like corner shops, cafes, bakeries around. Also the balcony is a great bonus for us! The assistance was also great and we had a really great experience in communication with the manager of the house replying directly all of our questions. We will definitely return back!

Our train was delayed and we arrived at 10:00pm. The access to the premises was problematic. We had difficulties locating the key to the outer door on the 2nd floor, and we were only able to do so with the kind help of a neighbour. After locating the key to the outer door, we found the lock ( to the outer door on the 2nd floor) to be difficult to open, the key could not turn properly and we had to make several attempts to turn the key before it turned and opened the outer door. Only then could we use the other keys to enter the room assigned to us. Recommendations:- (1) in the written instructions, there needs to be a separate paragraph on locating the key to the outer door on the 2nd floor with a photo of where the key to such door is kept; (2) you need to check and if necessary repair the lock to the outer door on the 2nd floor;

Location is good. We did not have breakfast at the premises.
