Friendly hostess accommodated us even when we arrived earlier than anticipated, very comfortable family room, quiet, clean. Very comfortable lounge room also available downstairs which was perfect for relaxing after children had gone to bed. Delicious and ample breakfast. Also a lovely garden to wander in.

What a wonderful location, so peaceful with the stream in back. The breakfast was exceptional and the host was amazing! We had a fabulous stay and would absolutely return.

Absolutely everything, the host was the best.. Helped with all the information that you need on your trip, the breakfast perfect just what you need to start the day, and the lady that was helping the host with the breakfast so nice, the surroundings stunning, well done ladies🙂

The location in Kenmare was ideal - an oasis of calm after the delightful but busy town within easy walking distance. Beautiful gardens all around the lovely venue with a gorgeous fast flowing stream at the rear of the back pretty garden. Also the interesting host Julia who made us very welcome.

Terrific host Julia met us for introductions answering all our questions. The guest manual had additional information if needed. Located just a short distance from town (10 minute walk or 0.7 km by driving) it was great to have on-site parking available. We stayed in the upper room (twin beds) with the lovely rippling brook to listen to during the night. In the morning, the breakfast was delicious with tremendous cereals, yogurt, fruits, breads, toast and an array of cooked items such as omelets, pancakes, to name a couple. You will definitely not start your day hungry.

Charming decor. River in the garden is beautiful and the sound while sleeping is incredibly relaxing. Remote feel but a short walk into town.

Wonderful atmosphere with a lovely host. Great room and facilities. We really enjoyed being able to hear the water from our room. Breakfast was delicious - get the omelet. You won't be disappointed. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again.
