Faulty blinds on windows made the room to bright in the morning and lack of information about spa treatments that the hotel provides. Also the location is great if you want peace but be prepared to hike to the nearest restaurant or just take a grab for 70p.

This was my second stay at the hotel. During my first visit, everything was fine — I had no complaints at all. On my second visit, I stayed in room 507. Unfortunately, the air conditioner only blew air without cooling, and the refrigerator wasn’t working at all.

The hotel is quite old, but that’s not really an issue for me — I don’t mind the classic style. Everything still works fine and has its own nostalgic charm. The location is far from the crowds, which makes it perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet. However, if you prefer easy access to local eateries or want to explore culinary spots nearby, this might not be the most convenient choice. There’s a free airport shuttle service, which is very convenient, and the swimming pool is clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

What I didn’t like: Nothing, really. I stayed for three nights and didn’t find anything to complain about.

There was only one free shuttle a day into town at 6pm. The location is beautiful and on the beach but quite isolated from anything else. The spa is located in the basement and is not very inviting.

The restaurant was unbelievably bad. We had dinner there and I couldn’t eat my noodles. The food was pretty bad and very expensive

Breakfast is an All you can eat Buffet. Quality is not so high but the freshly made eggs and Pancakes are really good. The location directly to the sea is really good. The Pool is nice temperature.

A bit outdated decor. Free breakfast buffet was ok, but we went at 7 and many items had not been restocked.

Location was a bit farther from town than we would have liked but the hotel was recommended by our tour we were to take the next day. Only the hotel restaurant was close, but they offered a shuttle service to pick us up from the airport as well as take us to town and back for dinner. It is a very quiet location but the decor seems to be a bit outdated. Did get to enjoy a sunset on the beach.

Tennis court in a very bad state. Amenities need to be refreshed. I had to ask to have the cleaning of my room.

Hotel is pretty remote and it's far away from the Labuan Bajo town centre. There's a hotel shuttle that drives to and from a designated location a couple times a day.

We stayed here for 1 night prior to taking off for a 3 day boat tour in Flores. Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious hotel facilities were adequate.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing and overpriced, which really matters since it is a bit far from the choices you have in town. Also laundry is quite expensive.

The hotel restaurant is terrible. We has the necessity to eat there two times (nothing else around the hotel) and we regret it. This really worsen our experience. Also the laundry service is really expensive compared to other hotels.

The lobby and the swimming pool area are beautiful, and the rooms are big and comfortable. They offer the airport transfer and a transfer to the city in the evening. Water and swimming pool towels are provided.

Not enough shade or lounges around the pool Hotel was quite far out from town with only one evening shuttle, could have offered a morning one I received repeated emails questioning my booking And payment was taken prematurely, in my opinion

Breakfast was just ok. The restaurant is overpriced. The hotel is a bit run down and also you can hear all the noises from the hall and neighbouring rooms. It is a bit outside from the central area and sometimes you need to wait about 20 min for the taxi. Unless you get a motor Grab, then it is faster.

The pool area is nice and the view from the window over the hills is very pleasant. The staff is very polite.
