United KingdomFaulty blinds on windows made the room to bright in the morning and lack of information about spa treatments that the hotel provides. Also the location is great if you want peace but be prepared to hike to the nearest restaurant or just take a grab for 70p.

IndonesiaThis was my second stay at the hotel. During my first visit, everything was fine — I had no complaints at all. On my second visit, I stayed in room 507. Unfortunately, the air conditioner only blew air without cooling, and the refrigerator wasn’t working at all.
The hotel is quite old, but that’s not really an issue for me — I don’t mind the classic style. Everything still works fine and has its own nostalgic charm. The location is far from the crowds, which makes it perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet. However, if you prefer easy access to local eateries or want to explore culinary spots nearby, this might not be the most convenient choice. There’s a free airport shuttle service, which is very convenient, and the swimming pool is clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

Location was a bit farther from town than we would have liked but the hotel was recommended by our tour we were to take the next day. Only the hotel restaurant was close, but they offered a shuttle service to pick us up from the airport as well as take us to town and back for dinner. It is a very quiet location but the decor seems to be a bit outdated. Did get to enjoy a sunset on the beach.

We stayed here for 1 night prior to taking off for a 3 day boat tour in Flores. Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious hotel facilities were adequate.

ItalyThe hotel restaurant is terrible. We has the necessity to eat there two times (nothing else around the hotel) and we regret it. This really worsen our experience. Also the laundry service is really expensive compared to other hotels.
The lobby and the swimming pool area are beautiful, and the rooms are big and comfortable. They offer the airport transfer and a transfer to the city in the evening. Water and swimming pool towels are provided.

PolandBreakfast was just ok. The restaurant is overpriced. The hotel is a bit run down and also you can hear all the noises from the hall and neighbouring rooms. It is a bit outside from the central area and sometimes you need to wait about 20 min for the taxi. Unless you get a motor Grab, then it is faster.
The pool area is nice and the view from the window over the hills is very pleasant. The staff is very polite.
