You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaThe location - a two wheeler is a must there as it's on a very busy road and no space to walk there. It's 3.5-4 km from the Ubud Palace which is the actual central area in Ubud. However, if you have a bike then it's manageable.
New, clean, conversations with aunty (she is very sweet) and great value for money. The property has greenery all over and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony/outside area and have a cup of tea. Nature sounds greet you all day.

Everything was great 👍🏿, cannot fault this place at all. The room was so clean, quiet and modern, brand new. The hosts are very welcoming, kind and so helpful and we will definitely be going back to this place.

Everything Putuh & Dewa were amazing, caring and loving hosts. We were extremely happy and will be coming back next year to this homestay. My husband and I have stayed at many home stays over 20 years in Bali, this was would be the best out of them all. Family based, only 12 months old and impeccably kept. Close to everything including Ubud Yoga centre, 10 minute walk down the road. Thank you so much for everything. Much love Kaz & John, from Qld Australia.

AustraliaThe shared kitchen could do with a tidy up & a little bit of maintenance. Plus, perhaps a few extra items such as a blender.
The guesthouse was located down a secluded lane, so it was very quiet, with natural ambience. And the garden inside is beautiful 👏🏽 The room itself was modern, simple & clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay 🤗 I didn't stay overnight as I needed to move last minute to be closer to family, so I couldn't properly rate the full experience.

FrancePuri Teduh Guesthouse in Ubud is a gem for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are new, sparkling clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds that make for a restful night’s sleep. The property is quiet, nestled in a stunning garden filled with vibrant flowers and fresh fruits and veggies. The owners are super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. A stay here is relaxing and refreshing—highly recommended!
