It was no problem for me at all but there was a lot of construction going on. The fact that i found out only when i arrived was not so great.

Arya and Gus really were going out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room is spacious and the private pool is a great thing to ĥave.

The place needs some TLC, perhaps they are land banking? If you can accept that it is tired and in need of a refurbishment, a great place to stay in a premium location. Again, the staff were great

Staff were great, and so was the location. For the price, I was very happy to overlook any shortcomings.

The bathroom was a bit dated.

The villa was big and had an attached kitchen with utensils which was convenient to prepare breakfast. The location is very good, within walking distance to Ubud market, restaurants and attractions. The staff are helpful, welcoming and nice. The owner gave a sarong as a gift for staying at the hotel and left snacks and fruits in the balcony when I was out for the day one of the days.

A face towel and TV would have been nice. Also, I left my toothbrush next to the bathroom sink overnight and there were ants all over it the next morning.

The location was fantastic. In the middle of the action but quiet as it was above the street level behind a wall. The space was fantastic - so much more could’ve been done with it. The staff were lovely. Very helpful and informative.

THE WHOLE HOTEL IS STILL IN BUILDING SO THERE IS NO REAL RECEPTION AND THERE IS A BIT OF A SWAMP SO LOTS OF MOSKITOS BUT NO PROTECTION LIKE MOSKITONET.

THE STUFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND THE ROOMSIZE IS MASSIVE. IT IS VERY CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTER. PLEASE NOTE IT IS HIGHER THAN THE MAIN ROAD AND YIU HAVE TO FIND THE RAMP DRIVE IN UP TO THE HOTEL GROUNDS.

Motorbike noise and late night traditional performance noise. BUT you have to expect this being so close to the main street in Ubud.

Location is terrific- just a short stroll to fabulous restaurants and all you want to do and see in Ubud. Wydya the host was responsive in every way and made my stay so much more enjoyable!

Spacious room surrounded by nature. Nice terrace with a table and 2 chairs so you can enjoy your time at night..but remember that there may be bugs, but also butterflies, frogs, lizards, many and different kind of birds. That makes this place even more beautiful. All facilities were provided as written, with a small refrigerator and a kettle.

Super strategic location. Wifi is excellent. Near to everything. Super serene & quiet. Great nature. Room is cleaned & maintained on daily basis. I will definitely come back whenever i come back to Ubud. Just few steps up from roadside and easy access. Staffs were helpful. I have nothing bad to say, really. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Limited hot water in the shower and the wifi was okay. This is a great spot for people who prefer a quiet stay as there are only two other rooms. Will come again :)

A very spacious room! Very affordable! Two air con machines in the room! Mini fridge! Comfy bed, a bathtub and a lovely refreshing pool! The staff were also great, not always easy to find but can message them to ask for any requests.
