Lights on the outside steps didn't work on our arrival at night. It made it a bit awkward with our suitcases.

The apartment was perfect for our visit to Split. Modern interior and the location is great. The welcome pack of drinks, milk biscuits and wine etc was a lovely touch.

Minor issues with electricity supply affected wifi and door locks. But was quickly resolved and it didn’t spoil our trip.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it didn’t have even one full length mirror. And perhaps as we stayed for 4 nights it would have been good to be provided clean towels.

Great, modern decor, with modern kitchen appliances, TV’s and bathrooms. Lovely welcome hamper- with fruits, biscuits, wine, beer, milk, nespresso pods. Everything was thought about- including washing tablets. Location was good- 10mins walk into the centre of old town, and close to supermarkets

Beautiful apartments in perfect location near the old town. Heated pool which we had to ourselves during the stay made for a perfect holiday. We had a late flight from Split and the manager kindly let us stay in the apartment until that night. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Our apartment was in the loft space so sloping ceilings and sky lights. Consider this if you are over 6feet tall as you have to take care not to bang your head. We knew this in advance though and it is obviously not something that can be changed but should be taken into consideration when booking.

Really well appointed property in a great location. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. One of the most responsive hosts I have ever had at a rental property. Welcome pack was very well received after a late arrival into Split. Beds were comfortable. Property is very well maintained.

It is not a beach resort, but a fabulous base to travel around. A ground floor appt, which is cool, but without views.

The property was spacious, very well equipped, excellent support, the finish of the appt was exceptional, great beds, air con etc, with a very hospitable welcome gift.

This apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated and conveniently located. Both bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom and there was a third bathroom off of the living room. Well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor patio and a lovely shared pool. Check in was a breeze and response to inquiries was very quick. Highly recommended!

The streets in the whole neighborhood are very narrow, packed with parked cars, lots of one ways (and one street closed for repair), so confusing even with Google maps and GPS! Thank God I happened upon Johanna, who enlisted the help of a lovely local lady to help us drive to the villa.

Beautiful property! The loft apartment was very well appointed, roomy, comfortable beds, and the combination washer/dryer was a plus. AND parking for our rental car!!!!! Sail Croatia employee Johanna (sp?) was super helpful, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Walking distance to everything - a car is definitely not needed while in Split. Good communication with host.

Honestly, I can't think of one thing that we did not like about this property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Split.

This property exceeded our expectations. We felt like we had all the comforts of home! The accommodations were outstanding, the property was immaculate and very well maintained. We did not want for anything, they provided everything we needed for our stay, including a washer and dryer which came in handy since we were traveling for 2 weeks and needed to freshen up our laundry, although we had to learn how to operate since it was both a washer and dryer! We also were able to wash the beach towels they left for our family, very helpful! They even left fruit, chocolates and a bottle of wine, how very thoughtful!! This property is located close to the Diocletian palace, the marina and the promenade. We are walkers so we did not mind the 10-minute walk to it. It was also extremely safe, no matter what time of day. The locals were extremely friendly and willing to share facts about their history and culture. Thank you for making our first time in Croatia an outstanding experience, one we will not soon forget!

The shower in the main bathroom for some reason dropped intermittently throughout the night but only a minor detail.

Perfect central location made it easy to walk everywhere we need to go even with young kids. Facilities and decor in the Villa were great. Everything we needed including two spacious bedrooms and three lovely bathrooms. Even though the pool is quite small it was a great addition and big enough for the kids. Split was so hot that it was really needed to cool down after a day of walking. Overall a brilliant find.

Nothing it’s beyond perfect.

This place is amazing. It’s brand new and the design is top notch. It’s been finished and equipped to a very high standard. The beds are very comfortable, there’s a high end washer dryer, there’s on site parking and there’s a pool! The location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes walk from the palace and old town.
