    Loved the beach front location, very relaxing along the beach and the rooftop pool. There is lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. Our room had an amazing view! Also within close proximity to the old town/ harbour where you can take boat trips to other islands or enjoy sightseeing there.

    It would be better if the hotels restaurant was open on the rooftop, however we made use of the Havana restaurant along the beach front.

    Great location on the beach and easy to get to from the city. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and well furnished.

    Clean and tidy in a great location on the beach with great views and easy access to public transportation. The beachside Havana bar and restaurant had a good choice of food with great service. We got upgraded to a suite which was excellent with a separate bath tub area in the bedroom, walk-in shower room, lounge, and fancy electronic WC!

    Strange layout with + and - floors making location of the facilities confusing. Rooftop restaurant not open. Rooftop terrace had only a handful of seating/ sun loungers (non reclining) and small plunge swimming pool.

    The view & room size is sensational however sadly too many other things let the hotel down significantly.

    The maintenance at the hotel is sadly lacking. We had many issues on arrival that needed attention. The doors from the car park to the hotel cannot be accessed from the outside yet there is a sign saying key card entry for guests. This necessitates going round to the front entrance. I mentioned this to reception & the maintenance person standing chatting that the sign needs to be changed & they said they would mention it to the manager. The air conditioning in the room is controlled at reception & this is not mentioned in the room info. We spent the first night shivering trying to adjust the thermostat but nothing worked. Only found out the next morning that you have to tell reception what temperature you'd like the room to be. Also if you open your door it deactivates the Aircon & will only go back on by putting your key card in the slot. No mention of this in the info leaflet. The bath plug didn't work & after trying multiple times called the maintenance person & he was able to manoeuvre the spout so the plug would close. Housekeeping should've noticed that the spout controlling the plug wasn't in the correct position. The fridge in the room hardly kept anything cold even on the lowest setting. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly, found a used ear bud from a previous guest under the desk. The walls in the room are scuffed & chipped from guests luggage. Better maintenance is needed. Very limited sunbeds on the pool deck & are of a strange design. The back rest isn't adjustable so you either lie upright or flat.

    Sea View was amazing! Clean, spacious room that had both a bath and a shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet and convenient. The staff were polite.

    The curtains didn’t block out the sunlight, so the room was very bright in the morning and it disturbed our sleep. The air conditioning was controlled by reception, which was inconvenient. Some amenities also weren’t working properly, the towel heater and the bathroom plug didn’t function. Additionally, there were no spoons provided in the room.

    The only thing we liked was the view from the window, it was really nice

    When we booked this hotel through Booking.com, we received a message from the hotel saying: “Prepare for a delightful experience of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality.” That sounded nice and promising. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. From the very beginning, the front desk staff was rude. When I asked if there were any room options available so we could choose the one we liked most, the receptionist rolled his eyes and mocked us with the answer “of course not.” At that moment, we realized this was far from a luxury hotel, even though we had paid a significant amount of money. We tried not to let it ruin our mood, thinking maybe the employee was just tired. However, when we entered the room, we understood that all the “luxury” wording in their messages was just marketing tricks and deception. The hotel was outdated, poorly maintained, and most of all - dirty. The carpet was absolutely disgusting: extremely old, worn out, and dirty to the point where it felt unpleasant to even walk barefoot. In several places it looked filthy, almost like something you would expect to see in a homeless shelter. Walking on it gave us constant discomfort and disgust, not only where stains were visible, but throughout the entire floor. This is simply unacceptable and unhealthy, old carpets collect dust, bacteria, and allergens that can harm guests’ health. In the morning, when other guests started leaving their rooms, every time they closed their doors, a gust of air would shake our door so strongly that it made loud banging noises for over an hour. We couldn’t sleep after a long and tiring trip from Trieste, Italy. Only after I pushed a chair against the door, the noise was reduced, but this is definitely not what a “luxury” hotel experience should be. The worst part happened on August 30th night: my fiancée injured her foot on a piece of sharp metal sticking out from under the bed frame. It pierced her foot deeply and hit a nerve.

When you inquired about choosing a room, our receptionist explained that the hotel was fully booked at the time, and therefore, unfortunately, it was not possible to offer a choice of rooms. We regret if this response came across as dismissive — that was certainly not our intention. Please also note that we provided you with complimentary parking for the duration of your stay, and all your requests — including preparing the invoice issued to your company — were handled in advance and with care, exactly as you specified. Our team always aims to accommodate guest preferences as best as possible. Regarding the unfortunate incident with the metal part under the bed, we were not informed about this during your stay. Had we known that your fiancée had been injured, we would have immediately provided assistance and addressed the issue. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and we have since instructed our maintenance team to inspect all rooms thoroughly to prevent similar situations. We are also sorry to hear that the room condition did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate follow-up. We value your feedback, as it helps us improve.     Amazing views, lovely beach right downstairs. Cool bars and restaurants on the ground floor. Staff were so friendly. Loved the team on reception, and always got a hello from housekeeping / kitchen etc. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious. AMAZING wellness room complimentary for hotel guests. Again, staff are super helpful and friendly. They helped us with multiple odd tasks throughout our stay (personal ventures included) which was really cool.

    Shouldn’t have to pay $50 AUD per day to lay on a sunbed at the beach I paid $1,884.86 AUD (4 nights) to stay at. I know there’s beds by the pool, but people choose this hotel for the beach. We couldn’t wash or even iron clothes because the rates are way too high. Laundering your own clothes in Split can be a tourist trap. Invest in a shared laundry room for your guests. Breakfast also needs some love. The only sustainable food you can expect is egg and sausage. The rest is fruits, cheese and cereals etc. Not a heap of options really.

    The location is EXECELLENT. Just on the beach. If waking up to the sound of sea is all you want, then this is the perfect location. Rooms are quite big compared to Europe. No Room service though. Eco hotel -- so AC is centrally controlled at 22C. Breakfast -- limited options. Easly Uber availability to Old Town. Lots of supermarkets around. Sunbeds are available on the beach at 25Euros for 2 with umbrella. Get charged to room.
