Problem with the room on the first night however Elena was very quick to resolve any issues.

Elena was extremely accommodating. Booked taxi for us with driver waiting at the airport. Out of hours check in was not a problem.

On arrival it's a somewhat unambiguous building however once inside it has a nice reception area and Elena who greeted us is a real asset to this business - she could not have been more welcoming or helpful throughout. The rooms themselves are set over 2 buildings (the second being a lovely old stone building just around the corner) and are well equipped and extremely comfortable not to mention absolutely spotless (and I'm fussy!). The bathroom was luxurious with an excellent shower and nice toiletries provided. I'm fussy about beds too but this one was extremely comfortable with excellent pillows. Good aircon too. Located just at the start of a pedestrian area you can easily get dropped off and picked up literally around the corner. Excellent soundproofing/windows - a very peaceful stay in the centre of Split. Breakfast is not served onsite but at a restaurant in a square literally 5 mins on foot from the accommodation, and what a view from there! A lovely way to start the day. Lots of nice restaurants/cafes and bars in the direct vicinity. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Truly no complaints - Elena the manager was absolutely lovely!

Loved our stay! Room was comfortable and cute, we loved the location (right at the start of the pedestrian only area, so your taxi can drop you off right at the hotel). Close to everything but very quiet. Effective air conditioning. Lovely breakfast at a nearby cafe with a water view — it opens at 8 or 9 so we unfortunately weren’t able to use it on mornings we were getting an early start.

Not everyone likes a bit of shopping. The shops (not restaurants) are closed on Sundays. If you are planning on shopping on a Sunday, you may be dissapointed. There are, however, a million other things to do. There are quite a bit of stairs getting to the rooms, and with a heavy suitcase, it may present a challenge. But if you are young and strong (or pack light), you won't have any issues.

The property manager, Elena was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to assist with ferry timetables and recommendations for restaurants and the like. Her English was great and she was very willing to help. The location cannot be beaten. The accommodation is in the perfect spot, right next to a parking lot (which we needed because we hired a car). The rooms are in the hustle and bustle of the old town, but the rooms are sound proof and overlook the street and city. The rooms, bed and overall facilities were excellent and are highly recommended. You are walking distance from the riviera, the fish market, shops, restaurants and monuments.

Very personal feel, wonderful warm welcome and the staff (Elena) couldn’t do enough for us. The location was really central, but without being noisy, the room and bathroom were both perfectly clean and comfortable and we felt really safe. Although there was rarely someone at reception, we could easily get hold of Elena as needed. Genuine little gem of a hotel!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, the shower was good. Location was pretty good. Overall good value as there was an offer.

Theres nothing can be done about it but we were disappointed by the view from the room window however, we must appreciate we were 2mins walk away from centre of old Split so we cant complain about that!

The welcome and support from Elena was great - she was super friendly and helpful. The room is smaller than we thought but was tastefully decorated with everything we needed inc a small fridge
