It was a perfect location if you need to be near the Port area. The room was a good size, good decor and facilities too. And there was a few nice restaurants near by. The host was very good in communicating, and they helped us with our ‘heavy’ bags!

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very modern and very clean. Our host Hrvoje provided all the details for checking in. Prompt replies to any questions we had. Very convenient to the bus station and tourist areas. Would highly recommend.

The boiler woke me up during the first night but it was fine the second night once we closed the door to the bathroom.

Close to train station so we did hear train sometimes, but was not really a problem, did not disturb sleeping at all.

We stayed in room Zara. Modern and very clean, lovely bathroom. Self check in instructions were very clear, good communication. Our host was on site to great us as well and was helpful with luggage storage on our departure day. Short walk to waterfront, port, bus station.

It was a beautiful room in a very central location next to train and bus station and the old part of town for wonderful restaurants and markets . The gentleman greeted us and helped my wife with her suitcase which was a beautiful introduction. We had a very enjoyable 2 nights before flying stay . 👍👍👍

Could very clearly hear all the conversations in the adjacent rooms, hallway, and stairs. No quiet hours so this often disturbed my sleep.

Comfortable, clean, and modern. Never ran out of hot water. Close to Old Town. Large TV with Netflix.

The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions/messages. He even came to help my husband and me with our bags. The location was within walking distance of the bus terminal, train station, ferries, excursion meeting points, and the Old Town. The room and bathroom were nicely updated; our stay was very comfortable. We would stay at Zara and Ane again and would recommend it to others.

The only slight discomfort is the train station nearby, so there was a little bit noise caused by trains at night.

The room is very well equipped and clean. Everything was great, location is perfect - very close to the centre and marina and the owner is very kind and helpful :)

Nothing -perhaps mention the black/white lit up sign next door as it’s very visible at the end of the road helps to find it -we were misdirected twice by locals ! One thing -Reading lights are funky &great design (but sorry not fit for purpose. !)

This was so close to the central bus station in Split and the ferry terminal, however it was very quiet and an excellent shower :-). It's close to the main Split old town with all the restaurants, bars etc and all the heritage sites. The owner allowed us to leave our bags at the property as we arrived early and even carried them up a flight of stairs to the room. It was a very comfortable room and would highly recommend.

Nothing. Stairs could have been an issue but not with our helpful host to assist us.

We arrived early via ferry but Hrvoje was very accommodating and gave us access so we were able to drop off our bags. We were a bit daunted when we saw the stairs but no worries, when it came time to check in Hrvoje had carried our bags up to our room & told us to let us know when it came to check out and he would bring them down again. Great service for us “oldies”! We are in the room named ‘Zara’. The room is fabulous, spacious & light. Very well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, safe, heated towel rail, hairdryer, even a first aid box (hope we don’t need that). The room & ensuite is modern, super clean and overall just perfect. Location couldn’t be better, a short walk from the ferry and just minutes to walk into town. We decided to stay another night (making it 4) but unfortunately no vacancy, however Hrvoje even helped us source alternative accommodation. Such a helpful host. We would highly recommend this accommodation in you stay in Split. A tip - you can cross the railway line as there is pedestrian access. Don’t worry about train noise either, the room is doubled glazed and very quiet & not many trains anyway.

I really liked that the hosts sent me a picture of the front of the building and entryway. The checkin process was quite efficient and straightforward. The room was very clean with very high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. It is the perfect location close to all that is to seen and done in the port

50 stairs to the room, but otherwise would recommend.

Location to old town, port and beaches. All walkable. Comfortable room, good and quick response from host. Although right on the railway , windows kept is pretty quiet. Nice light room. Able to provide me with an iron on request. Great restaurants nearby .
