Great location, super convenient, center of old town, easy to access restaurants, palace, river board way, The room is very clean, quiet, comfortable. Host Ivana is very nicer, took us to nearby market, bank, answer all questions we had, super friendly. My luggage locker was broken, she gave us there screwdriver to help us open our luggage as well. Overall we had a great time, definitely to recommend this place.

Everything was perfect, our host Ivana was truly exceptional !! Our room was spotless and she provided us with local knowledge ensuring that we had a fantastic holiday. She catered for all our needs during our stay and helped with our luggage too ! We were really thrilled by the location, it was right by the promenade where we booked a sunset cruise and a 3-island day boat trip, which were amazing. The 4th Century Diocletian's Palace was a few minutes away from this location, used in the Game of Thrones, where we bumped into a local guide there who gave us a breath-taking tour of the wider area and cliff-tops in a small buggy. Would thoroughly recommend !

The apartment was outfitted with all brand new items including the bathroom which was very modern. The shower is amazing. It was completely clean and very comfortable for two. Great AC. It is on a touristy street but faces the other way so is very quiet (but no view just fyi). 2 minute walk to old town of Split. Would definitely stay there again. The hosts were amazing. Very kind and responsive.

The location was excellent easy to pop back to room if we needed to during the day. The large airy room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us. Ivana left us plenty of towels, tea & coffee to last for our whole stay. We also appreciated the high end fixtures & fittings in the bathroom.

Second stay at this lovely accommodation. The room is so comfortable ,very spacious with excellent air conditioning. Hot powerful shower and the bed and pillows were so comfortable . Very central location in the old town but the room itself was very quiet at night . The host Ivana was amazing nothing was too much for her and she texted us regularly to ask if there was anything we needed . We will definitely stay again .

The place was amazing, we wished we had a washing machine available but it was not listed so it's only fair of course.

The place is amazing. Great comfort and quality (bedding, heating, air conditoning). The location is amazing. However by far the most amazing is the service, with have had the service of Ivana and she made our stay fabulous. She is available, friendly, helpful, her recommandations made our stay and she is extremely helpful. Without a duobt you can book this place. It's worth every euro. Thank you.

The property’s location was amazing - so so central- but the room was so quiet, even though you were right in the middle of everything you couldn’t hear anything at all from outside. The bed was so comfortable, the best nights sleep I’ve ever had. Room was spotless, lovely shower, had everything you needed. Not to mention the most amazing host who made sure we had the best stay possible. Definitely would recommend booking this apartment. Thanks Ivana :)

Although not the fault of the owners, the building lacks elevator, but the good point is that it is in the first floor only. there is also no view but that's also a good point because if there's a view there would be too much noise from the busy street. the room is so quiet since it on the opposite side of the street.

Everything about the property was exceptional, ultimately starting with the owner's communication and care through all the details. Ivana was really a great person that really cares about her guests. we made her wait yet she was waiting with a smile! The location is perfectly perfect! just at a main pedestrians street. Honestly I was hesitant at first to book a newly listed property, but seriously you'll never regret it!

Nothing everything was perfect and more.

Immaculate apartment exactly as pictured, the property is situated in a convenient central location, close to all local amenities. Ivana is an amazing super helpful host, providing exceptional customer service, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Clearly the best experience I have ever had in renting apartments. I would highly recommend this apartment and I will certainly stay again.

Central but quiet location. Spotless condition, everything seemed quite new. Very helpful hostess. Wide bed. Air conditioning worked fine. This is basically like a hotel room.
