As per most stays in Split it is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. But you'd struggle to find anywhere without this minor inconvenience in Split..

Perfect location. On the main shopping street of Split, which has lovely flat stones instead of cobbles so moving luggage to/from the closest taxi point was easy and less than a five minute walk. Despite being on the main street, the rooms do not face onto the street, so they were perfectly quiet. Check in and check out is easy and efficient. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could need for a short stay. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are amazing, and there is a duvet per person. Great blinds and curtains to block out light. The bathroom is perfectly sized and has a lovely shower. The living area is lovely and has a really comfortable couch. The kitchen is well equipped. Honestly couldn't fault this place. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Location ideal in centre of Split on pedestrian road. Very quiet up on the 3rd floor. Great communication from host and kindly helped with booking transfer to airport.

Check in was straightforward, host was very responsive to messages. Location was excellent and so close to everywhere we wanted to go. The photos were a true reflection of our experience. loved how modern and comfortable it was but also had character features e.g the stone wall.

It wasn’t a big problem, but there are stairs (3 floors), so it can be harder for someone with luggage. Also, the hairdryer wasn’t working properly.

The amount of stairs up to the room was difficult with our large heavy suitcases but that is the nature of having accommodation located within old town.

Location was very convenient and host was great. The amenities in the room were lovely and room clean and comfortable.

A bit of smell (sewage) occasionally coming from the toilet area but that didn't bother us as only occasional (not constant).

The location was superb. 2 min from Riva, everything you need literally at the doorstep (grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, candy shop, bars, restaurants, fast food etc). The room was super clean, spacious and modern. The host couldn't have been more helpful.

Not a lot only good memories..

What a fabulous and comfortable room. Honestly after a crazy hot day, arriving into this beautiful air conditioned room was amazing. Beautiful decorated and modern. Very good position 5 minutes walk from Taxi rank and in the centre of all local sites in beautiful Split. Tbh a few flights of stairs but not too much. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

There is no mention that the room is on the 3 rd floor which is actually the fourth floor by European standards. The other thing we didn’t like was that the entrance door on the street level was never locked. There’s a sign on the front door to “always be sure the door is closed shut” but it doesn’t function properly and despite our best efforts it never completely shut closed. Therefore we felt a little uncomfortable that somebody could potentially walk into the building and break in to our room. This is an issue previously mentioned by other past renters so the owner is definitely aware of the problem. Just call a locksmith.

The room was very comfortable and clean. All the furniture and finishes were good quality. Our room was an inner courtyard room so no view. We had everything we needed.

The location is perfect – right on the main street and just a short walk to everything you need. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. This place is truly wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Door was leaning a little bit off its hinge, making it slightly harder to lock at times when leaving the room.

Convenient location, within 5 mins walk to port or old town centre, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Bedroom we booked was lovely and spacious, nice shower as well, and check in process was very quick and easy. Would stay again.
