The location was fantastic, we loved that it was so close to the old town but still felt quiet and night and secluded when we had a dip in the plunge pool. Elena was really responsive and also helped us out with transportation up the coast to Zadar after our stay.

The location was great… 5 min from old town, 5 min from the Riva, 10min from the beach, perfect. We really like the freshness of the place, even if it was very warm outside we did not have to use the airconditioning and the swimming pool was much bigger than expected! I wish we would have had more days in Split after that! Elena is also very welcoming

We loved staying at Elena Rooms. Nice and central with a swimming pool to cool off at the end of the day. Elena kindly picked us up from the airport and the apartment was just what we wanted.

The property is located in a poor neighborhood and the parking spot is poor as well. I was afraid that passersby would demmage my car!

I liked everything but would have liked some pans for cooking in the oven and the knives were all blunt and need sharpening from a cooks point of view

The location was excellent and the host was extremely nice. Unit was clean .The bed was comfortable and they had nearly everything you require for a long stay

It’s within walking distance to town. Host recommend great food to us . It’s near to the market which depicts local life Everything is provided for. Comfortable stay. Thanks Parking is 4 min away and the roads to the apartment is steep . There’s a paid parking 2 min away with limited slots though .

Everything was perfect.

The accommodation and pool were lovely and spacious and the location was very good. However, the standout was the host who was amazing. I had broken my leg before arrival and she helped ensure that our stay in Split was as easy as possible by arranging a wheelchair. I would highly recommend this accommodation and if ever in Split again it would be my first choice.

The property was a great size for our family of 4 and the pool and outside area was so lovely to have a break in the afternoon after sightseeing. It’s so well located next to the market, Riva and so close to buses and boats. Right on the edge of the old town.

We stayed here for 2/ 3 nights before heading to hvar it is less then 2 minute walk and ur right in the beautiful old historic part of town its unreal ! Also 5 minute walk to ferry port ,The room was very well thought out a little dark but only cos its traditional croatian property which i loved , loads of cosy lighting also shuttle bus from airport will bring you 5 min walk from property!!

The previous guests had broken down a shower wall. So a shower curtain had been fastened very simply with clothes pins. No glass shards on the floor luckily but the look and feel of the bathroom was not at all luxuirous due to this

Everything was great!

Such a lovely place to stay right in the centre. So close to everything which is really handy. The pool was great and Elena was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for the price, value and location

The room was fabulous. The beds were so good. Small kitchen where you can make breakfast. The small swimmingpool is stunning. Nice to cool down after sightseeing. In the center of Split with all the highlights. Supermarkets and bakery nearby. Elena is a super host.
